Jon is an absolute star. Friendly, courteous and really thorough with the repair. Highly recommended.

Jon identified the issues we were having with our macerator, explained them clearly and tried a number of fixes to get the unit working (despite it being near the end of its working life), and managed to return it to functionality

Prompt appointment date. Craig arrived within the 2 hour slot given. Very polite and informative. Explained the problem..remedied the issue with no mess at all. Immediate invoice and job description sent via mail including photos of the job. Would highly recommend

I was disappointed with the service from saniflo specialist. I knew mine was beyond repair and asked for a quote for replacement which they were cagey about telling me the engineer would see if it could be fixed and would quote for a replacement on site if required. It did need replacing and the quote I got was crazy high. They advertise as no labour charge after the first hour. Yes I expect to be charged for parts but the quote was over double the cost of me purchasing the new macerator from ScrewFix - that's a big mark-up or charging for the labour. I got a different plumber to do the install at a much more reasonable price. The lack of transparency was disappointing.
