Sarah Layton Reviews

We were welcomed into the shop very nicely. The stock is very interesting and although I was only buying a small gift I would definitely return if I was thinking of buying a piece of jewellery for myself.

I ordered my tennis braclet on line.
I’m absolutely delighted with it.
It arrived within 2-3 days of ordering.
The packaging was beautiful, I’m so enjoying my purchases.
I would definitely recommend and will be purchasing again from you.
One very happy customer, thank you

Wonderful service and a fantastic range of gifts as always.

Always very friendly and helpful. Building my nomination Bracelet and even though I only spend less than £100 , sometimes under £50, always treated like a valued customer.

Great customer service, helpful advice, very pleased with our purchases.

Fast delivery. A company I can trust.

Customer service on the phone was brilliant and they resolved my online order issue quickly (an issue I created myself!). The person on the phone was so helpful and attentive. James has always gone above and beyond for us and we wouldn’t use any other jewellers now than Sarah Layton.
We live in Somerset now and for us to have anything delivered is never a problem.
Can’t wait to receive my eternity ring.

Very Happy

My daughter had a cartilage piercing with a lovely piece of jewellery.
James was very professional and efficient and said it was much less painful than she had imagined.
She is delighted!

It was not dispatched as advertised on the day of order. I chased up after three days and I was immediately offered an apology and it was dispatched immediately and I received the watch the next day. Great price and honest old fashioned service.
