Incompetent and incapable - DO NOT USE

I ordered an application for my electric shaver via this website. Nothing arrived so I emailed the address on their website. No response. As the days continued to roll on, I continually tried emailing for information about my order. Nothing. I also tried calling the number advertised on their website several times - 02392 450684 - but nobody answers. After weeks of chasing chasing, I decide to leave a negative review online which coincidently resulted in a delivery confirmation being sent to me which confirmed that my package had been delivered to the incorrect address. My package had been sent to the 'billing address' and not the 'delivery address' as correctly provided by me. The audit trail and receipt provided to me by scent and shave also confirms this meaning that Scent and Shave is at fault and my request for a refund must be honoured.

I am continuing to email and phone, but my attempts to seek recourse are being actively ignored. I have also sent them an enquiry using the form their 'contact' section of the website, but no response.

This company is in breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and should have its licence revoked.

Needless to say, I would actively discourage anyone from using this website.

I ordered Rimmel, Pink Nude, but Pink-Key- Promise was delivered. Although it is the same code 206, this Pink Key Promise is NOT the colour I believed that I was ordering :(

Delivered to wrong house , tried to email/phone and never got an answer

I placed an order at the start of May and, weeks later, absolutely nothing had arrived. It turned out they’d sent to the wrong address.

It took multiple attempts to reach out to them by calling their phone number and emailing their customer services team, total faff.

I did eventually get a response and a refund, but I really had to exhaust all possible avenues and waste an inordinate amount of time because basic customer service is clearly not in this company's capability.

I did get a sorry, but no replacement or money back offered, they got what they want, I'm finished here.

I ordered a Gillette Fusion 5 razor, I was erroneously sent Gillette Fusion blades instead. Contacted the company at the email address and telephone number provided and no response. At this point, I am going to waste no more time and just buy the razor elsewhere. Very disappointing.

Kemei trimmer stopped working after only 3 months so I emailed the sales team requesting a replacement or refund . They replied back after 4 days stating that a refund or replacement would be the solution however I’ve not any correspondence for 14 days. I have tried calling the telephone number provided many times but no response . I can’t recommend this business due to poor customer service and I had to buy another trimmer from Amazon instead. You’re better off paying a bit more to get better service elsewhere in my opinion.

Order stated express delivery used. My order came over a week later and it was the wrong item. I have emailed them, sent a message via their contact page on their website and have received no reply whatsoever. Terrible service and will not be using ever again.
