Good local business
I ordered a bed for my little girl and was so impressed from start to finish. No pushy sales - just honest advice and exactly what we needed. The delivery drivers were amazing too, even carrying my old bed and mattress downstairs for me without being asked as they could see I would struggle. Truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Five month wait for delivery
Ordered a sofa suite back in February 2025. Half the suite came within several weeks. The two seater however took repeated hone calls and 5 months to arrive. We paid for the products online during the initial order and the company had our funds for 5 months until the order was fulfilled, 1st August 2025.
It was explained that the manufacturer was behind in supplying the goods but if that was apparent, why was the product advertised for sale if it was not available.
After requesting a firm delivery date and requesting compensation, we were politely assured delivery within 2-3 weeks. This was honoured and we are pleased with the quality of the product. It remains to be seen if the “commissary” leather care kit turns up, which was offered as compensation for the 5 month wait.
It would be unfair to award less than a 3 star rating as although it was an unfeasible time to wait, the product is exactly what we wanted.

So easy to deal with. The whole buying process couldn’t be easier, the same can be said with any Communication and questions I had. Great company to deal with. Products of high quality, customer service is excellent as they keep you informed at every stage. Delivery is also very prompt (unlike others who make you wait months). Second time we have ordered leather suite from here.

The wardrobe we ordered was fantastic
The wardrobe we ordered was fantastic, but the shipping was terrible. I ordered it on May 27, and only 2 of the 3 boxes were delivered on May 30. The third box was lost and I finally got a replacement on June 11. When I unpacked the boxes, the drawer rails/runners were missing. I was told a replacement would be sent. I still don't have them on June 16 and have no idea if they were even sent. I went to Wickes to get some so I could finish the wardrobe. It looks great and will work perfectly.

From the moment we walked in and was greeted by Finn we felt completely at ease, no pressure, we were allowed to walk round at our leisure, with advice given when asked for. Overall a great experience, quite surprising the only place we visited to purchase.
Ordered a 2 and a three seater settee of the Friday delivered the following Wednesday by two lads that were equally efficient and friendly.

ITS STILL LIKE NEW!!
Both my settees have not faded at all,they are still in fabulous condition and still look brand new.
I am over the moon with S C Furniture Ltd, I have certainly got my moneys worth out of both settees and it's clear to see they are going to last me many years from now.

Very good quality furniture
My settees were out of stock when I ordered them but I decided to wait for the ones I wanted. My communication with SCFurniture was always very pleasant.
The delivery men were very pleasant and efficient and assembled the furniture very quickly.
I am very pleased with my new furniture and would recommend SC furniture to anyone.
