Nice people. Good quality.

I required a 3 seater leather recliner sofa. Was unsure about the colour and the quality of leather that was used. A phone call to SC and leather colour samples were in the post the same day. The sofa was ordered and delivered within a week. Excellent quality and comfort. Delivery men were friendly and efficient a £20.00 payment to them upon delivery, they assembled and put the sofa into position. Friendly & efficient company to deal with and well priced furnishings to boot. What's not to like?

We made a massive mistake and ordered a suite off Cousins being told there was a 14 day cooling off period but then told it only applied to the finance part. Under the impression we would be able to cancel we decided to visit SC Furniture Kidderminster. John is a perfect gentleman and very helpful answering all our enquiries, no pushy salesmen here. We decided on ordering a very good quality Italian leather recliner suite. Delivery times were very good. Unfortunately for us we had to cancel it today due to Cousins not willing to cancel our order. I telephoned John and he immediately refunded our deposit. This is the company we will deal with in the future, no more big boys for us.

Cannot fault the service we received from this company. Really pleased with the sofa & chair we purchased. Excellent communication, reliable & friendly. Would highly recommend.

Great service from start to finish as well as a great price, Kitty was so helpful and easy to deal with. Delivery was on time and the two men who delivered the suite were spot on nothing was a problem had the furniture assembled and in place within 20 minutes. Will definitely use SC again 😀😀😀

Brilliant 3+2 leather sofas. We bought the Toledo sofas eight years ago. Both are great quality, were a fantastic price and are as good as new today, no signs of wear or sagging. Highly recommend.

What a saga. Ordered a sofa and chairs told a day for order to arrive, got old one picked but to be told just after new date a week.. Then day come 2 lads very helpful and got everything to lounge and left.. We unboxed it everything going great then wife noticed a scuff on a chair we took pic sent it off sc furniture would not accept this saying drivers done this box in good condition. There will not do anything about it putting blame on delivery.. So not happy and would not buy again and told friends and family not to buy for this reason.....

I would like to thank John and Matt for their assistance when I was looking to purchase a sofa. John was very prompt replying to my emails and I spoke to Matt who was very helpful. Having never visited the showroom as I'm based in Scotland, I took a leap of faith after liaising with Matt and John and purchased 2 x 2 seater leather recliners. I was not disappointed and take great pleasure telling everyone about my dealings with SC Furniture Ltd. Thank you!

I ordered a chair on line, then I got a call from the company saying they no longer made that chair, but they did offer me an alternative and did everything they could to get what I Wanted. I would definitely buy from them again.

I decided to go see the leather recliner in the shop. Glad I did, nice people very helpful, not pushy so I ordered on the spot [Thurs] delivered following Tues on time. 100% recommendation

Had been in touch with company about 3 weeks as severly disabled so everything had to be planned. Matt did a fantastic job ,rang him Monday to sort delivery and Suites been delivered today Thursday. excellent delivery lads couldnt help enough . so a great big thank you never had such a fantastic service,

Ordered a 2 seater setter and 2 single Newbury manual recliners. Excellent value for the money, excellent service through out including delivery.
Recommend this company.

Purchased a leather corner sofa from this store via Ebay. The item has never been marked as delivered on ebay, preventing me from leaving feedback. I have no option to confirm delivery to enable me to give a review on there and have reached out to sc and ebay about this.
Sofa was delivered on the date agreed by 2 helpful and friendly delivery men. I was initially very ,pleased with the sofa for the price paid.
I paid for them to set the sofa up and was pleased with this service. I checked the sofa over and it appeared fine, but once they left I noticed a small scuff in the leather on one of the seats. it looked like any friction against this would cause the leather to peel away - i could see what underneath. I called the drivers within 20 mins of them leaving and was asked to contact the store.
I contacted the store and was told (by kitty) that they would send 'an engineer' to repair the damage. I was told that the engineer was from a nationwide company and they come at a time convenient to me. I was told I was booked in and would get a call from the company to arrange a time.
A few days passed and I chased this up, still no call. After a week i contacted kitty again. During this call I was told that 'you're no longer our customer as we have delivered a sofa and fulfilled the order. Your issue is with Elmira (?) The engineers. I explained that I had not been given an appointment and was told 'I don't care' kitty was shouting over me, interrupting and refused to listen - at this point I put the phone down as I felt really let down, shocked and did not want to continue the call. Kitty called back and said 'I know you put the phone down on me'and then started backtracking saying that she did care and get her words muddled up...but from her attitude during the call, she made it clear that I was not a valued customer . I found it interesting how the attitude towards me changed after 7 days - once they no longer had any obligation to me within my rights of the buying from a distance act.
Anyway, after 2 months an engineer came. The information he had been given by sc furniture was completely wrong. He questioned us about why we had taken weeks to report the damage he showed me the information sc had given him and all the dates were wrong. Luckily I had emails ans photos and could show him exactly when I sent them. He was very surprised that we thought he was an engineer. He said 'I'm here to access the damage and liabiliy' and explained that he would not repair the damage if it had taken weeks for us to report it but as I could prove I reported with 20 mins after delivery he would repair it. Anyway, he wasn't able to match the colour, so left. We now have a blob of different coloured paint and a large shiny smear over the damaged seat.
Since then the USB (which worked for one charge) no longer works or lights up. Ive have reported this direct to elmira, who again couldn't get anyone around for weeks, then cancelled the appointment so I won't get anyone round until August now.
Really annoying service and I have zero faith in sc furniture to help (I actually feel anxious about even speaking to them after my experience)
The sofa otherwise is OK, not the comfiest and Leather is a bit thin - already starting to look saggy in areas after only 5 months (but for the price it's OK looking) and I'm still waiting for the scuff (and mismatched paint blob) and USB to be fixed. I don't hold out much hope and complety regret this purchase due to the poor customer support. We had planned to buy the matching chair and footstool but there is no way I'd be a returning customer.

I ordered and received a three seater and two seater Italian Leather suite in a beautiful light grey. The staff were very helpful and kept us up to date regarding the delay in receiving the leather but it was well worth the wait. The leather is beautiful and the electric recliner is magic. Thank you S C Furniture.

Dealt with John & delivery drivers Alan & Tim, the whole process was carried out with care & efficiency. From ordering to delivery I was kept informed. Would definitely recommend this company. Very pleased with the 3 & 2 seater sofas……Ken Lawrence

Great company to do business with.I ordered a black Clifton 3seater and 2 armchairs which are really good quality and comfortable.Before buying I asked for a material sample and one arrived in no time.Scott in the shop could not have been more helpful and kept me informed throughout.The reason I deducted one star is because although the two men arrived early and assembled everything I was disappointed to find all the packaging, and there was a lot, had been left on the public footpath outside my home so I had to drag it down the path cut it up and take it to the council waste tip which was annoying.
All in all I would recommend anyone thinking of buying a new sofa not to buy from the large multi nationals take a look at SC Furniture first.
