Had my move from the UK to SE and the process was exactly as expected: fast, practical, efficient and with a great price tag.

The team was 5 stars, from the support service to the drivers on both collection and deliver.

The CS team answered my dozens of emails and questions with patience and I could not be more grateful to them.

Drivers and companion - Helpful efficient, on time, respectful and friendly. Items collected on time and delivered on time. The cherry on the cake was the app showing the drivers traject towards my address so I could track them on real time which made it easier for me to be home on time.

My items were delivered in the same way I packed, it was like they didnt even touch it.

I would say, if you need to move your stuff from and to the UK, just contact Schepens as they will do the job for you.

Brilliant, friendly, polite, considerate and respectful service from start to finish. Did everything they said they would and a bit more besides. A 2 van move, boxes and garden pots and plants up to our ears, they coped with all of it without complaint. Highly recommend Schepens as your removal company.

Schepens did our house move from the UK to Sweden. We were impressed throughout by their service. They provided excellent information before the move regarding Swedish imports and the necessary paperwork. In particular they went above and beyond in providing flexibility when we encountered some issues with the timings of our move. This really helped us at a stressful time! They did an excellent job with both packing and delivering our items, working quickly and professionally, and everything arrived safe and sound. We'd warmly recommend them to anyone considering a house move.

Great service where nothing is too much trouble. The only request is to give us ways to get rid of the enormous amount of wrapping paper even if there was a moderate charge to take it away when collecting the boxes

Schepens did our international removal from UK to Germany. They were very professional, great support during the preparation, hard working and always on time. I can definitely recommend them.
The only minor topic was that the labeling of the boxes was a bit random.

Excellent service for international shipments from beginning to end. They are clearly professionals who have done this many times. They make it clear exactly what documents you need to provide and do the customs process for you, just sending an invoice after it's gone through. Highly recommended for any move out/to UK.

They were communicative, friendly, professional and replied very fast. If I ever have to make another international move again (let's hope not) I will definitely be using Schepens again. I couldn't recommend them more.

The team are very professional and clearly very knowledgeable. From the first moment when a quote was required all the way through to delivery it was as seamless as it could be. They have particular expertise in the Nordics so it was a great and seamless move from London to Sweden including helping us understand the paperwork requirements for customs.

Chris is honest and direct - he sets the right expectations regarding fees paper requirements for customs etc so you know what you're getting without someone trying to oversell you. The rest of the team were diligent with our goods and nothing arrived even remotely damaged (this is despite shipping 4 musical instruments all of which were delicate and some delicate tech).

They won't give you the cheapest price because a move of this level costs - so you will have a price which is actually true and realistic of the size. I much preferred this approach to some other situations I've had in the past where other companies under-quote and then ask for more money closer to the time.

I would definitely use them again and have already recommended them to many contacts.

Great service from start to finish from Schepens. Their price was in line with the other quote we obtained and their packing was faultless. No breakages at all. Their teams of movers were always careful, helpful and eager the make the whole process as good and unstressful as possible. Highly recommended.

A professional outfit that provides a personal service. Totally supportive of me during a difficult time following death of a close relative in Norway. The whole team were there, answering my calls & emails, reassuring me, and delivering those personal effects back to UK in pristine condition. Thanks to all the team: Chris, Tracey, Dominique and the lads - Del and Dan - who drove through some atrocious Norwegian weather to collect it all and bring it back. We couldn't have been happier with the service. From the start Chris and Tracey answered all our (many!) questions before the move.

We had multiple quotes from moving companies and Schepens was the only company not subcontracting, meaning that our things were looked after by the same people the whole way. This also meant that they had by far the quickest delivery time, less than 1 week from the UK to Sweden (compared to up to 6 weeks in other quotes).

Everyone was professional, quick and took good care of our belongings at both ends. They aren't the cheapest but for good reason and very worthwhile for the peace of mind and good service. Thank you!

Schepens is a professional international and national removal and storage company I can thoroughly recommend. The firm was recommended by a number of people on a Facebook group for Swedish people in the UK when I was looking to move the contents of my flat there to the UK. Schepens did my move early in 2021 just as the worst of the post Brexit custom moves came into place and in the middle of Covid travel restrictions which meant I could not be there. Despite the awful delays at Swedish customs, they arrived in Stockholm cheerfully and politely - according to my neighbours - and packed everything up safely, delivered it into storage, looked after it for over two years, and finally installed it three months ago in the UK, efficiently and carefully. Not a single breakage, one or two scratches on a dish, one or two slightly creased clothes on the top of packing chests, but nothing worse, which contrasted favourably with other removal companies I have used. A delight to deal with, whether in the office, or when I went down to my containers in storage down near Salisbury and and with removal crews. Not expensive for what they do.
