Great experience
This is the first time I have orders form this shop (online). I made contact with the shop via WhatsApp they responded in an appropriate time with a very respectful and detailed solution to my query. Very polite and professional. The products have come and I am very pleased with the purchases the quality and range of sizes are great. I have two sons one who is average size and one who is way above his sizing but this shop has been able to supply lovely smart fitting trousers. I did have a return which was very easy and I have ordered more trousers.

We’re sorry again, Georgina. An error was made with your order, and we completely understand how frustrating that is when uniform is needed for school.
After you contacted us on WhatsApp, we offered several ways to put this right. We offered an exchange at the local store, which is around 1.2 miles away, a return label so the items could be sent back, and also offered for a member of our team to come out and exchange the items for you. Unfortunately, these options were not taken up, so we were not able to complete the exchange at the time.
School was still over two weeks away, so there was time for us to resolve this for you, but we do need the incorrect items back in order to exchange or replace them.
We apologise for the original mistake and for the inconvenience caused. If you still need help with the order, please contact us at sales@schoolwearunited.com look into it again.

The short were ok but even though I measured they didn't fit well. This resulted in me returning them at a cost of £4.50. as they advise to get tracking.

We do understand your frustration with the return cost as well. For returns due to sizing or fit, the return postage is normally the customer’s responsibility, and we recommend using a tracked service so there is proof of the parcel being sent back.

Ordered charcoal trousers and they sent me black, even though labelled charcoal. There is no way school would accept these as they would instantly be identified as black. It’s a shame I’ve had to pay delivery and now pay for returns. Money down the drain

The trousers you ordered are our charcoal option, which is a very dark grey and can look almost black, especially in certain lighting. The fabric does have lighter grey tones through it, which you would not normally see in a true black trouser. We also offer a separate grey option, which is noticeably lighter.
We do appreciate that colour can be difficult to judge online, and we’re sorry these weren’t suitable for your school. We also understand your frustration at having paid delivery and then return postage when the shade wasn’t right for you.

Order was cancelled without me knowing about it. Said I still wanted the product and was told they would get back to me! Still waiting!! Definitely do t want it now as I have sourced a pinafore from elsewhere. Terrible customer relations!
