Items not received and bad communication
I have not received my items. I have emailed and messaged and tried to call, with zero response about the whereabouts of my items. Its be 3 weeks to the day. I have now got to find out who to contact to get my money back. Terrible.

Thank you for your feedback, Charlie. We are very sorry for the frustration caused. Unfortunately the items ordered were placed on backorder by the supplier and the expected delivery date continued to be extended.
As a result, a refund was automatically issued once it became clear the order could not be fulfilled within a reasonable timeframe. We apologise for the inconvenience and disappointment caused.

Great quality dresses, really fair price, and perfect fit for my daughter. She loves the fact they have zip pockets and the sleeves aren't elasticated. This was my first time using this store but I will definitely be back again. Thank you

Do not buy!! Tried to get a return due to faulty item was told I would get a prepaid label for this, an have been ignored when I have contacted again numerous times. Having to go through bank as will not give a refund

The quality and fit of the school…
The quality and fit of the school shorts is really good. I think measuring the waist is a better idea than using age size. The delivery service does take quite some time though which I would say is the only slightly down side.
