Thank you for your review, Edith. We understand your frustration and apologise for the delay. As discussed when we spoke, the size 50 chest blazer is a special order size and is not part of our standard stock range. It has to be made to order.
We currently have confirmation that it is due to arrive with us by Wednesday and it will be dispatched to you immediately once it reaches our warehouse. When we spoke, we also offered the size 48 which was in stock, and you kindly confirmed you were happy to wait for the correct size.
We appreciate your patience and will ensure it is sent out as soon as it arrives.

Poor quality for the price…
Bought my son 5 pairs of school shorts and within the 2nd week of wearing them the hook from the hook and eye fastening at the top of the fly, has fallen off of 3 pairs!! Terrible quality and clearly a design flaw. Absolutely awful for shorts which were roughly £40 a pair!!!! I’ve had better longevity from cheap supermarket uniform, but sadly he’s outgrown their sizes.

Lovely quality school trousers and reasonably priced. Supermarket trousers just don't fit my grandson comfortably so I'm very happy to have found this website!

I buy the thick cotton polo shirts for my autistic daughter who has sensory preferences. She likes the thickness of the fabric. I like the way these polo shirts wash and dry so well (including tumble drying in the wet months).

Bought 2 items, one was the incorrect order (this seems common). You have to send back at your own cost (5.25) and beg for a refund, then chase many times to get the actual item you ordered.

Too tight in the hips for sturdy
Delivery and time taken was ok after initially not getting the website to work. The trousers feel good quality but sadly for sturdy trousers the waist size is good but far too small in the hips and upper thighs which should also be bigger for a sturdy size

I ordered an adult sport mouthguard for my son and can highly recommend this product. We followed the instructions and after putting the mouth guard in hot water, we managed to get the perfect fit. Good price and good quality!

Really pleased with the school trousers for my 5 year old. We couldn’t find any that would fit properly - these are great as the stretchy waistline gives him lots of flexibility.

We have checked your order and can confirm it was dispatched using the quickest delivery option once we reopened. Royal Mail shows it was delivered on 3 January to the highest point of the property. The parcel arrived before schools reopened and within the delivery timeframe shown on the product page.
