I came across Scooms purely by accident and what a fortuitous accident it was. I purchased a duvet, pillows and a full bed linen. I can say that Scooms provide top quality products and are backed by amazing customer service. I was shocked when I called and it was immediately answered by a human. The gentleman I spoke to was super helpful, polite and extremely knowledgeable.
My only suggestion would be to slightly improve the quality of storage bags the products come in. I'd suggest this you'll no doubt need to store parts of your multi season duvet(s) in the warmer months.

In January 2019 I finally convinced myself to "invest" in a good quality duvet. After all, there are cheaper options out there (as well as much more expensive options too). I ordered an all seasons king which comprised a 4.5 and a 9.0 tog.

The first time it was used I realised that for many years I had "wasted" money on cheaper duvets which simply made me hot. The Scooms duvet keeps me warm and cosy, but somehow I never seem to overheat; but that's not what prompted me to write this review.

Recently, one of the fasteners that are used to join the two quilts together broke. Not a big deal after two and a half years of use, but it needed sorting. I emailed Scooms asking about buying replacement fasteners. I received a prompt and lovely reply offering to send a replacement set FOC.

I appreciate this is only a small thing, but it shows me they care about my experience with their product on an ongoing basis. How often in a similar situation does a supplier think about their revenue first and the customer second charging what seems like a lot for very little. For a relatively small cost to them, Scooms have earned my loyalty and recommendation simply by putting my needs first. That happens so rarely these days, but in my view is the way it always should be. Thank you Emily and Scooms.

The pillows are lovely, at a competitive price. The company was very good to deal with.

I ordered a all season duvet which arrived in a box that was opened. DPD had dumped it on my door step. The box look like it was a duvet bought from a market stall instead of a £300 plus item. The storage bag is in a cheap looking green material that is cross between paper and cloth ( easily torn) I am very disappointed with the quality of the product and respect this company has for it. Given the high praised reviews I was shocked. No surprise I have returned and buying elsewhere

What a find! After researching what down is better it seems Hungarian goose is the best and the more of it the better! Bought the all purpose duvet to suit my needs throughout the year and what a joy! Excellent website for a start. Can spread the cost interest free to help with these unprecedented times and free next day delivery! Had to add the pillow too of course and have slept throughout the night straight ever since upgrading my bedding! Customer service is just as excellent! So glad I found you scooms!

I have purchased the All seasons double, Down Duvet. It is pure quality and As Sleep is the most important factor in anyone's overall health, Mental + Physical! It is worth investing in the right quality products, to achieve a Great nights sleep! Mission accomplished! I am now having the best nights sleep ever! Plus it is ethically sourced, so NO LIVE PLUCKING INVOLVED! Environmentally friendly packaging, fast delivery! Not cheap BUT worth every penny!

I bought the 9 tog Hungarian goose down duvet. Incredibly warm, yet fantastically light and airy. Because it is so well made it fits beautifully in my duvet cover. Normally with other duvets I have struggled to flatten them once inside the cover but not with this one....brilliant! Delivery was next day as promised and I even received a time slot with good notice so that i could make sure I was in to receive it. My only regret is not buying the All Seasons option as I could do with the 4 tog as well!

I love this duvet. So warm and snuggly. Great delivery time and perfect fluffiness. If I need another duvet I will definitely buy one of these again. Love it.

Ordered all seasons duvet which clip together allowing indeed for very cold to cool weather coverage. Beautifully made duvet and sturdy clips - but easy to separate. Came in a sturdy storage bag - and eco friendly packaging.
Excellent and friendly customer support even at a weekend. Recommend highly.

Bought the goose down pillow. Looked quite flat when it arrived. It's still flat after a few days. I don't think this is a luxury pillow in any way. Wasted my money.

Recently bought the two duvets that clip together to form a third option. The duvets stay together extremely well, the clips are strong and unlikely to separate accidentally and extra clips are provided, which is a nice bonus. These duvets keep you warm and snug and they're not too heavy or cumbersome. They feel light and fluffy and lying under them is an experience of extreme luxury, opulence and extravagance, and though they do cost a lot of money they are definitely not an extravagance, they are extremely practical and very good value for money. Quick and easy process online, eco-friendly packaging, swift delivery. Great in every way.

I ordered the first time and it was so good I decided to order another one I don't think any other review is necessary that says it all.

We have just purchased the perfect duvet - all seasons king. Speedy and precise delivery and the duvet is what it says on the tin - PERFECT.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Scrooms because their duvet is perfection backed up by excellent service. We looked at all companies offering similar products before we purchased and we are not disappointed in any way.

I bought a duvet and 4 pillows, my wife and myself absolutely love them, they've made a real difference, so cosy and comfortable. Arrived on time and in great packaging, I'll definitely order again - Thank you scooms!
