Been playing a title for years called Twd Rts which is run by scopely. The game is heavily pay to win. Limited time road maps (which are way to complete objectives and earn new characters). Over the time (I have played for several years, in the past spending) until last year when I quit spending and I've seen how unfair the game is towards free to play players. At the moment there is a road map to collect character shards. However bonus maps which under the illusionary pretence you try to complete under Daily Timers. Before other sections of the road maps open. The bonus content maps are literally unobtainable unless you buy character shards from their deals. Meanwhile the bonus road map expires in a day and the actual free shard road maps won't open for 4 days if that makes sense; therefore this the user an illusion that it is obtainable free route which it isent. The game company is utter trash and should be investigated for shady and unfair practices .

Terrible service. No one ever responds. Lost all my progress today for the tournament and toy build event in MonopolyGO. All my time wasted and progress lost and Scopely doesn’t even respond to my complaints. Am always chatting to BOTS. Who do we complain to that will actually respond and how do I recover what suddenly disappeared? The game kept resetting everytime I exited app.

One word. SUCK. this is the first time I see a gaming apps customer service take almost a month to reply issue. And have the cheeks to say that they have a lot of msg. Dude. Hire more if can’t cope with what u have. Idk what’s the whole company thinking. From boss to employee. And From what I know by playing your games. U guys totally have no plan and worst I can say no brain in doing stuffs. Turning a game that’s already bad to become WORST N U CAN TELL EVERYONE WHAT REWARDS U ALL GOT. JOKE. Just imagine people… telling them an issue of their game end up 1st no respond from customer service. 2nd tell those discord admins but they only can say have update the company 3rd after a week NOTHING IS CHANGE. PLEASE PEOPLE IF U SEE THIS COMMENT U CAN GO PLAY THEIR GAME N SEE IF WHAT I SAY IS TRUE OR RUBBISH. N FOR THOSE BELIEVE ME. DONT EVEN BOTHER PLAYING THEIR GAME. btw what I playing Is monopoly go and u all go search how bad it has become.

I'm not a person to rate. Ever. But Scopely need to lift their game. Monopoly was fun. This last release is somehow different in its settings. It is way too hard to progress. Higher rewards just aren't given. Ive even finished as high as 2nd in daily challenges. Still little progress. That forces people to fake forums where scalpers farm your likes to make money off the traffic through their socials. Scopely have other games that are a joy to play. Scrabble is Ace!! So come on Scopely. We can't even talk properly to you in your help menus. They just point you back to square 1. So broken. So fix it. Please.

They robbed me and never refunded anything even though I was an addict with severe mental health issues

I play monopoly go and unfortunately I pay, but I don't recommend! So many bugs in game and customer service does absolutely nothing but take your money! They don't resolve nothing and your just out of what you paid for! Worst customer service ever! And apparently worst game, just a money pit!! If I could give the 0 stars I wiuld!!

This is perhaps the most annoying app I've ever tried to use. The constant ads are like water torture. On my Samsung with the latest version of android, the app takes over the whole screen and disables android's screen controls. The only way you can get out of the app is by pretending to edit your username. This causes the app to use the underlying android edit module, and the screen controls come into view. I love Scrabble, but this is like playing in a Chuck E Cheese birthday party with 100 screaming kids.

They should offer a paid version that lets you just play scrabble and kills all the adds, treasures, pins, and other stupid things that litter this app.

Send us information, guess what, sent several times nothing, this is the worst customer service in the world, avoid the anger and don't download this game even if you pay $$$$, they won't support you. You'll always get the impression they trying, but they are laughing at you all the while collecting money, I give scopley a negative 100

Scopley do not care for the player just how much they can take from the customer. Star Trek Fleet command could be a great game. It has become an overloaded waste of time, if you don't spend £1,000's you don't have a chance. The daily jobs can take hours to do for little reward.
I have just been merged into another server where they are much stronger that us and is now pointless to carry on. I'm not even sure that Scopley understands the game or how it works from the player point of view. Updates are flawed and server’s lag. They will kill their own business by being greedy and slack quality control.

It has its up and downs and if you read through other reviews you will see that. It’s a free game with in house purchases there’s nothing wrong with spending money on a game. Unfortunately this game/company has no customer support even though they advertise one. I have had two accounts now, the first one had issues connecting to my Facebook account so at network 7981 board 354, album 188/189 me account was lost. Even though it still exists. I had already spent £600 which is a lot to an individual but obviously means jack all to the company as they didn’t not help at all after replying 10 days later. I went away as this was frustrating I deleted the game, after some time I decided let’s try again. I made sure to keep my user ID this time as that was their excuse as to why I got no help the first time. Got back networth 7656 board 204 album 187/189 spent £400. In the middle of gifting my spare 5s I worked hard to get the through trading, the game froze in a bank heist with 6 days left to complete the album. Loosing my account with 10k dice I purchased is the final straw! Of course customer support have been no help!

poor customer service, takes days to repsond, even reply, lucky to get one at all, and then when they do reply they shut the tickets down, so u have to wait again.

Am frustrated and depressed on the fraud that is going on with this company I play Scrabble and I play additively though not for money but for fun it helps my mental health however they are reaping me off they do not give me 100% of my Gems rewards because they want me to be using money to buy it even when I won them it's pathetic can someone STOP THIS FRAUD.

We know not everyone is going to read this review but I'm hoping it will help a lot of people. Adding more reviews in here since Google app has a limit for this review. Please stay away from this game. This game only benefits all spenders. If your f2p player you will be wasting your time to grind in this game and you will never catch up. PC moderators and developers have been added in their discord page to make changes but it's still not good enough, they're just bad as Scopely. PC moderators and developers only choose to help people whoever they choose to or feel like it. All spenders all they care about is to finish at the top of the podium and wars for war of champions they care too much for it. All woc factions they don't care or appreciate any f2p players that helps them grind out the missions that helps their factions. Woc factions cares about f2p players coz they want use them to fill up for wars. They say they are good people etc people want to tell what you want to hear but it always ends up the opposite. All spenders, PC moderators and developers they like to ignore, laugh, smile, mock and even left you on read it's disgusting. All spenders will change if something really bad happens to the game it is too late to make a lot if changes now. But don't hope this game won't change coz all spenders keep feeding the beasts which is Scopely. Scopely and to the spenders, PC moderators and developers you are all greedy and selfish no wonder why people are walking away from this corrupted game. It's also the spenders that makes this game worse too.

It is better if you play another game where people will appreciate you and your efforts and you don't need to look over your shoulder and walking on egg shells. If anyone decide to read this you have been warned. My suggestion is don't bother playing this corrupted game walk away. When it comes to power and money you will know the true colours of people especially for Scopely and to all to the spenders out there you all have a lot to lose now.

Only have the Scrabble Go app from this company but find the app progressively moving towards a game designed for 12 year olds (and how many 12 year olds play scrabble?). Most adults aren’t interested in collecting card packs. Offer loads of points then move the goal posts to make the big points impossible to collect if you have healthy screen time limits (even if you are in the top 5% of players). Presumably this is all related to revenue production, although with so many intrusive, repetitive, system crashing on a loop adverts their income is probably quite healthy! Poor customer service- no response to problems, bugs that are supposedly fixed are most definitely NOT. If I could have given no stars, I would have.

The worst. I am able to show many screenshots - Comparing words that are sometimes accepted and the same word is not accepted in another game.
Definitions of words are incredibly weak. The definitions do not define the word; Simply a repeat, and possibly another spelling. No education there. Worst is that one can enter a legitimate word And it will not be excepted because, “this is a legitimate scrabble word, however, it is not in our dictionary. “
Their dictionary is completely corrupt to begin with. My obvious complaint is that “While this is a legitimate SCRABBLE word. It is not currently in our dictionary.”
Well then, what game are we playing. Please EA take over Scrabble online again this is such a farce. Thank you.

Lost my game. Required a purchase receipt to recover although I was using same device and email in attempts to recover. It was a free account with no purchase just grinding. Greedy company only bends to wallets.

I'd give a zero review if I could I'm so annoyed I've tried contacting scopely through email aswel as the message thing on the game and yet nothing always the same response thank you we will get back to you or we will forward the message to our team and yet nothing it's been going on fir months now, what a rip off these are do not spend money on any of there games as you don't get any joy with these if you have a problem I was enjoying the game until the started to change everything and not give you anything new for weeks making the game harder than it was before it's ridiculous so just becarful don't spend money on there games as if you have a problem with any them they do not get back to you
