I’ve loved playing this game for many years and have put up with the ads just because I love the game and enjoy playing with other players. This week there have been ads that don’t close, they just stay there with no close button which freezes the game until it refreshes much much later. I’ve had to contact customer services several times because what else could I do? I’m always very polite as well, but they’ve ended up telling me I shouldn’t be contacting them about this issue because they’re only customer services and not part of the development team. So who else is there to contact? No one. It’s useless. It’s a mess. And it’s a disgraceful way to treat the players. Absolutely awful. I’ll find a different scrabble game hopefully.

Customer service is horrible
Customer service is horrible, does not even read or comprehend the issues at play, and just offers non helpful platitudes.
I lost thousands of rolls in Monopoly Go because of a known bug. It took almost a day to refund only part of them. When raising the issue with customer service, they did not read my ticket at all, and just said you got your rolls back. A follow up, resulted in the same response. I tried one more time but I doubt I will get a different response. They are criminals, and more than happy to literally steal from you.
And then they turn around and raise the price of everything. Just don't even try. Stay far far away

Despite providing all requested information, I have been informed that my details are not related to the issue at hand. This has been quite frustrating, as I have followed the procedures but have yet to see any resolution. To clarify the situation, which is different from the email I am using to contact you now.
I am currently accessing my account through an iPad. Basic game functions working is always a gamble; New features priced out in the THOUSANDS every month is guaranteed. The quality of this game (Star Trek Fleet Command) comes no where close to the constant ridiculous price points they roll out every single month.
Don't pay for ad free games
This company makes it difficult to play games due to the vast amount of ads, so I paid for ad free but every month the app goes back to 100s of ads and it's a protracted painful ridiculous to and fro with customer service to try and get ads removed, even though payment has been taken. They repeatedly close the tickets without resolving the issue and ask for receipts, screenshots and then say they can't open them! It's laughable. My advice is don't pay for ad free, you'll waste money and time. Find another app by a more reputable company!
Worst gaming company encountered
As a customer of Scopely, playing one of their games for a year, I can confirm that the company blatantly focuses on getting players to pay huge amounts of money for low value packs, does not fix bugs reported for over a year by the player base, and their customer service does not return items lost due to these bugs. The company completely ignores feedback, and loses players in an alarming rate.

Just before I disclosed all the information, please be aware I have spent a ridiculous amount of money between June 7th to 14th, 2025 to gain dices and the pricing in CAD isn’t cheap.
I have done 16 different purchases to gain dices and purple packs in hoping to finish sets or play Partners Events.
****UPDATE‼️ received a notification from Apple Store ALL 16 purchases being REFUNDED.***
Ever since this new Star Wars album started, a lot changes happened with Monopoly Go!, less colors packs, less dices and to complete any Partners Events that requires a ridiculous amount of dices and the game being completely RIGGED‼️ It is nearly impossible to complete your first album unless you have a sh!t load of people are genuinely helping you to complete few sets….
Dealing with Customer Services that aren’t consistent, always replies with copy & paste responses, never response to your request and always leaves you multiple unanswered questions with a reasoning that you are THE ONE breaching their Terms and Services. So much easier for them to passively accusing you and they suspended you by saying “ Unfortunately, for privacy and security reasons, we may not always be able to provide specific details about the suspension”…... no matter if you are providing 1 to 50 screenshots, it won’t matter to them..
Scopely has a major need for improved TRANSPARENCY and communication. WHO knows we might be talking to BOT all along… and wont tell…

3-Day Monopoly GO Ban for Brief Account Sharing — Treated Like a Cheater?
I got a 3-day suspension on Monopoly GO and wanted to share my experience for others.
I let a real-life friend briefly use my account to help during an event — no bots, no scripts, no third-party apps, no cheating at all. Just someone I trust using my phone for a few moves.
I now realize that even account sharing is technically against the Terms of Service, and I take responsibility for that. But what bothers me is that the suspension message listed serious things like cheating, fraud, and third-party software — none of which I did.
I politely explained the situation to support, hoping for clarity or a warning — instead, I got cold copy-paste replies and no explanation. I wasn’t treated like a real player, just auto-flagged and ignored.
I’m sharing this so others understand how harsh the system can be. Even first-time, small mistakes can be punished the same as actual cheaters.
I still enjoy the game and plan to follow the rules going forward — but I hope Scopely improves how it handles honest players who made a small mistake.
Has anyone else experienced something like this?
Scamming company
A company that gives you nothing on the free games and harassment for money is at the fullest. Stay away from monopoly go is a scam I'm gathering as much evidence against the game to end the frustration of being asked everytime you run out of spins to pay you pay it gives you nothing. I know people that have tried to end their life over the game. It's no fun anymore cause it's all about getting money from you.
4 days without resolution
I have been waiting for 4 days now for Scopely to refund all my in app purchases after discovering they are scamming their paying customers. Their customer support continues to close the chats without providing a solution: refund.
