Great service. Friendly, helpful.

Delighted with their custom.

Excellent in all fields, sales, service and parts.

Bought a second hand Volvo digger from Glasgow thinking I would do better here than ebay, complete with 3 buckets only one of which fitted two were for a different machine. Machine overheated continuously and cut out after about 30mins of work...complained and was told it was a loose fan belt or maybe a dodgy water pump....turned out to be a warped cylinder head which I have had to have skimmed and the engine rebuilt...waiting for the bill from an independent plant fitter with dread..

John Bigland is always very helpful and keeps me informed throughout the process.

Good honest direct friendly no nonsense sales staff

Fraser is a good loon, goes the extra mile is well informed and has a good nature. Waiting to see how the rest of the business performs.

Scot JCB have supplied us with machines for many years , back up is top class ,hence we exclusively use their products

Products delivered with paint damage and although this was brought to the attention of the manufacturer and also twice with Scot JCB sales there has been no resolution very very disappointed an will not recommend to others Ken Hardie
