Heather Herbert an employee of Aberdeen university posted Vile comments about her murder.
Police Scotland said NO offence.
After public outrage. Herbert arrested for vile comments on social media..
No acceptable trying to brush it under the carpet. Lucy Connolly got 3 years Jail for social media post in England.

I’ve just went through a court case were police stated I was wasting police time, as I said I self harmed and they said I didn’t, even though my medical records say I have, they lied to punish me for nothing and when you put me in a complaint, it gets ignored, and the sad thing they get away with it

Police Scotland said they would investigate identity fraud where thousands of pounds were taken out in my name. They promised an officer would attend my house for a statement but she never showed I was then emailed to say that the money was back in my account and they were dropping the investigation even though I said credit card companies, catalogues, bus tickets, klarna, PayPal where all taken out in my name. The police officer said to change my passwords after being told that I no longer had access to the email account or phone number as they too had been stolen. She then victim blamed saying that I had logged onto public WiFi, this is something I have never done before. I was lied to and betrayed by Buckie Police Station in Buckie Scotland.

So where do I begin. The cops in campbeltown and justbfurther ahead are an absolute joke. So full of lies and deception. Never trust any cop on the peninsula (other than cami) that guy is an absolute diamond 💎 he seeks to be the only one who actually cares about you as a person. The rest of the cops do not trust them as far as you can throw then. It's a job it pays there bills. Trust me. Don't give them a single thing. They are only going to trick and deceive you. Tell them nothing. Your name and address amd nothing more. After that, no comment no comment and oh yeah, NO COMMENT. the rest if the force ate am absolute joke who don't care about you as a human. They have a quota that they want to make. This coming from an officer aswell. Station and officers except the main man CAMI. give them nothing as they can and will use it against you. There full of nithing but nonsense amd lies give the nithing folks.

P.s avoid them at all cost. They are out to make there quota they don't give a flying monkey about you. They are actually so fly. Piece out my peeps 🙏 I wish you guys/gals all the best in the future.

10 hours for an emergency response & 1 week later the issue is still on going. I have film of an officer asking me if I am making these things up in my head even though half the town has called about the same guy. I have 6 different incident numbers from other people regarding the same guy. So Police Scotland you are not a force any more you are a farce...

Two Tiers

Scared to hang a flag, scared to say what we feel,
Because speak out of turn and they’ll brand you “racist” or “far right” for real.

We’ve drifted too far left, too far right, both sides on the roar,

I think that the disclaimer you are asked to tick when asking a question online 101 says a lot about the Police Scotland attitude. You have to tick to agree that your query will be relegated to getting a slow answer or you cannot submit. Says it all about the service Police Scotland are able to provide. Publicly funded and seemingly reluctant to serve.

Apparently my petite wife being intimidated by a male neighbour while walking our dog "isn't a Police matter". The manner in which the response was worded was dismissive, rude, condescending and beyond unacceptable.

I lodged a complaint. Won't come to anything. A six month backlog tells you EVERYTHING you need to know.

I have tried COUNTLESS times over the last 3 months to report my mother for historical child abuse and monetary fraud..ie forging MY signature and my Father's to gain credit and loans..current wait time in a queue is over 45 minutes..NOT acceptable.

Phoned 101 about a non-urgent potential offence. 20 mins, no answer.
Suppose it helps their poor conviction rate, if a crime doesnt even get detected.

Is suffer from borderline personality disorder I've asked repeatedly for help against a group of unruly teenagers who seem to dominate the bus stop at all hours of the day, I've been assaulted spat on and called many worst things, and the police see more sympathetic to their assailants than the victim, police Scotland are literally the worst police force in the entire world, being in England for a couple of months showed me that stark contrast indefinitely.

I travelled over 300 miles to Cairgroms, arrived in the dark,no other traffic,the road with woods left and right, small speed signs for few hundred yards 30 mph then large signs 50 mph,I was stopped in a entrapment speed traps,now driving for over 40 years ,ex military,I said the mitigation is straight road with no buildings or pavements,was told that during the day mountain bikes have tracks about two hundred yards from road,this doesn't seam right,as police officer was from eastern European country and my first id was my veteran card,fined me as didn't like UK veterans,this is not right,why no British police officers,that would have had common sense,this officer hated British people.

Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire Police Scotland. Biasedly refuse to properly investigate assault, near assault, hate crimes, and ongoing psychological abuse lasting more than 3 years. Because the complainer suffers from depression and anxiety, which falls under mental health. Complaint and review requests about to be started as this is technically discrimination.

I have had a complaint in with Police Scotland regarding the manner in which the Police behaved and acted, whilst attending my commercial premises, to seek CCTV footage, of a crime unrelated to me.
They bullied, harassed and attacked myself, as well as causing thousands of pounds of damage in obtaining the CCTV, by maliciously causing damage on premises.
Took me over two years to get my CCTV as well as my mobile phone as I had an app on my phone that allowed me to control my CCTV.
Made a complaint over two years ago to the the complaints body and it has not even been looked at yet.
I have had to foot the bill to repair the shutters at my premises, the glass door panel, as well as a commercial fridge that they damaged beyond repair.
I have been messed around enough and now its time for my voice to be heard.
POLICE SCOTLAND, NOT TO BE TRUSTED AS THEY LIE TO PROTECT EACH OTHERS BACK.
Hope whoever sees this, has some authority at Police Scotland and hangs their head in shame. No wonder you have lost the trust of the local people, when you treat them like this.

First off in the middle of the night a loud bang was heard in our close landing didn’t think much of it until I was taking our dogs out in the morning discovering a bit of a mess and what looked like a cardboard toilet roll holder that had been burnt on the end and what looked also like a fuse or part attached still and greyish powder all over the stairway/close and it had been hit off a front door flat so after I continued on stepping over the make shift bomb and trying to avoid stepping in the powder this was also at like 7 :15am so I was very much still waking up to get straight to the point the police where notified of this and they took almost 24 hrs before sending out 1 policeman to take statements but only from some “pretty useless and pretty much all neighbours in the block and the street I’m guessing are feeling on edge “what’s next” and before this incident the same neighbour had his window smashed at 1am police came out for that more promptly within a couple of hours and a lot more of them.
