Exceptional Customer Service 5 ⭐️
A hiccup with the website meant that I didn’t know if my order had been processed or not. Called Customer Service and Wendy sorted everything out for me with no issues. When order arrived, on day specified, the screen had been damaged in transit. Contacted Customer Services and spoke to Arthur who sorted everything out and a replacement screen arrived within 48 hours.
Planters and planter with screen are really good quality and I’m very happy with them.
The Customer Service provided by Wendy and Arthur was exceptional 5 ⭐️ from me, thank you.
