From ordering to delivery i cannot fault SCS. The quality of our new furniture is great and yes, it took some weeks to deliver, but as it came from Italy then I'm still impressed. Very happy.

Delivery crew were great and we're actually early. The packaging was removed and installation effortless.

Just hope that the furniture lasts as its extremely comfortable.

Very quick, efficient process from the purchase all the way through to delivery. New bed settee ordered and delivered in 4 weeks well ahead of schedule. Product looks and feels very good quality and would be equivalent to top of the range Sofology at half the price. The price generally, when comparing like for like with other brands, is significantly cheaper whilst beating the quality. Completely bespoke offering if required also. Would definitely recommend.

I made my order over the telephone, Patrick form the Blackburn store sorted my order out and was very polite, informative and everything was completed with ease. Very happy so far with my order experience and I look forward to sitting on my sofa when it arrives.

The young man who served us was very polite ,and didn't rush us , so we were allowed to look around without being pestered , but he was there when we needed him .

Great friendly service. The staff certainly appear to take pride in the layout of the shop and the products they sell. Unfortunately, we were disappointed to find out that the sofas we bought would not be delivered for another 6 weeks or so because they wanted to wait for replacements to arrive and that means that our sofas (which have been paid for) would remain on display on the shop floor during that time. This is something we are not really happy about.

Sidra and Damien @ the Blackburn Store

From the monent we went into the showroom (2 days before we ordered), it was a nice greating and non pushy sales experience.

Sidra, greeted us and was very pleasant, helpful and just really nice. I'm a sales person by trade and so I hate hard sell - let me tell you she was the ultimate professional, and with her colleague Damian, made us both feel easy.

After walking around the store, we centred on a sofa that looked amazing.

From that moment, both Sidra and Damian were amazing in terms of talking us through the product. If you want a good buying experience, this was it !

So we came back 2 days later (after calling to see when they were both working) and ordered strtaight away - again they made sure everything was right. I love this as both a consumer and a sales person as they really care.

Only thing I can finish on is to say thse guys were amazing. Put your trust in them. Thank you Sidra and Damian. John, Kelly & Buddy.
