Delivery experience was exceptional.
Delivery Crew were so professional,Nice and easy to communicate with.
They delivered my new sofas and footstool(poofee as us Glaswegian’s call it) without any damage to my house.
They cleaned up once finished.
I wish all delivery Crews were as Professional.

Delivery on time kept up to date with progress delivery guys very helpful and efficient. So far sofa great.

The delivery staff were very nice, polite and helpful
The only problem was that the foot plate of the sofa had two cut in it plus another part of the bed mechanism was broken
The men contacted HO to inform them and sent pictures. I have only accepted the sofa on the condition it will be sorted out

Very good customer service, not swarmed and hounded in store, given space to look and discuss as a family, this is very good and not all sofa shops are the sme. all questions answered with knowledge. Large colour samples very helpful, overall a grwat buying experience.

Family member ordered a,recliner chair on 3rd March 2026. The chair was,due to arrive in 12 weeks but it was 14 weeks so understandably these things happen . However after sitting on chair for a very short period of time the seat started to sag and the bag has uneven filling .the footrest was also puckered . These were reported the next day . Technician came and only sorted the footrest when asked about the other faults his reply was "I'm only here to fix the footrest" . Yet it clearly states on the report this was to be fixed.myself and husband visited the Uddingston store on behalf of my family who is very ill and unable to go herself . This was 19th July. Spoke to salesman who asked us to email photos of the chair and said he would call back the next day . He never phoned .also later on the day of the 19th July the manager called family member and said he would call the next day .he never returned the call.we did ask to speak to manager on the 19th July whilst in the store but was,informed he was otherwise engaged on a zoom call.on the 23rd July we,visited the store to speak to someone but manager wasn't there. It was noted on the staff communication board to call me next week . He never called. Also on the 23rd July I decided to call customer service and spoke at length with a chap by the name of Adrian. Explained the full situation but wouldn't back down despite saying it wasn't fit for the purpose. He went on to say that the decisions of faults etc come from the ceo of the company and nothing more would be done and basically matter was closed as they abide on the decisions given out to them. Also no one in the store had advised her about "puddling "even I haven't heard of this the Technician had the audacity to tell her to put a hairdryer on the chair ! She ordered this chair in good faith and I am acting on her behalf as she has only a,few months left to live . I have sent all these details to head office omitting on this review her address and our phone numbers .to date we have had no reply sales order no: S0055-1000488177 email sent requesting to call me please

The guy who dealt with me at the store was so nice, friendly but professional, i explained what i was looking for and he was so helpful, he show me lots of options, colours and sizes, when i finally decided which sofa and material i liked he explained the process and asked about property it would be delivered to, luckily id brought all measurements. Was delivered before i expected it but i was kept informed of every step. Delivery guys where also excellent. All went so smooth.

Ian the sales man was so helpful with his knowledge & information and was truly professional with his approach and the time he gave us to choose what we wanted and we were happy with the excellent service we received.

Your delivery men worked wonders and managed to get the sofa upstairs in bedroom door all tight squeezes. Cannot praise your delivery men enough who did not give up getting sofa where it should be. Thank you to your delivery service and of course sofa is perfect.

I was kept up to date the day before and all the way to delivery. The delivery guy we're great, they talked through everything, took before/after pictures to in sure not damage was done to my house.
