Great products and great service

Product arrived in very good time. Unfortunately the shade was far too light for my complexion, the return policy states that you can’t return items if they have been opened, as I’d tested the product I asked if I could still get a refund. I received an email saying that ‘lightly’ tested products could be returned and refunded.
After returning the items I received an email to say that as the items had been opened I was not entitled to a refund. I sent them the email stating the above and I had an immediate response confirming a refund which I received within a couple of days
Response was quick but I question their policy, how can you test to see if the products is the right colour without opening the product?
I had done their test to determine the shade which did come back with a very light colour which surprised me as I do have high colour but I accepted their process
Having tested the product, I did like the texture and feel, was very light on the skin and didn’t feel claggy, just a shame about the shade.

When opening the calendar the eyeshadow duo was so broken that it was unusable

Placed the pre order for 2026 Advent Calendar which arrived earlier then expected. Beautiful presentation and carefully packed and delivered. The lucky recipient of this gift is going to love it.

I love this Cloud Cream...so soothing and calming on the skin...my only problem is I go through too much of it compared to my previous moisturiser

I was in the Belfast store. Sales assistant went out the back. Other sales assistant was dealing with someone. I was left too long waiting to pay until eventually the second girl went to fetch the girl that was free

The service was smooth and quick. No issues.

The make up I purchased was the cream cushion foundation, cream blush and duo eye liner. I have to say the products are amazing. The foundation is completely different to what I normally wear and you only need tad bit and build up as you like. Does not leave the skin cakey and the blush is amazing.

The eyeliner is great.
