I ordered some gloves for my dad at Christmas but they were too small, I contacted Sealskinz and the communication and helpfulness of your customer service was second to none! I was sent a return label and a new pair of bigger sized gloves were sent out when they had received the others. Thank you and continue the amazing service.

Don’t give them your email address for a discount.
Avoid this company. The entice you to give them your email address with discounts. When you apply those discounts to check out it tells you that the discount isn’t available on the product you’ve selected. Completely dishonest.

Ordered gloves from “Sealskinz USA” on…
Ordered gloves from “Sealskinz USA” on January 7, and they are shipping - very slowly - from UK. There was nothing to indicate shipping was from overseas or that it would take so long. They were in Los Angeles customs for over a day and seem like they are sitting around at each stop for days. I can’t opine about gloves because I still don’t have them!

We do quote standard shipping as taking up to 7 business days from dispatch. Your order was placed on the evening of the 7th, dispatched the next day on the 8th, and delivered on the 15th. This is within the quoted time.

Good products, delivery and support....
I had a slight issue on the size of a pair glove which meant I had to return and get a larger size. Unfortunately the same version was now sold out but the support team took me through the process and got it all sorted and kept me up to date with the progress of the return.

Good customer service …
Gloves arrived quickly but while they fitted my hands the wrists were too tight to actually get them on. System for return or swapping was simple to use and I await the arrival of the new gloves of the next size up.

I called to seek a replacement hat the my dog had chewed. Sophie was just brilliant and went above and beyond to help. She listened and got back to me so quickly. I had an issue with a pair of gloves and so contacted the company via their customer support desk. Despite not having the receipt or being very sure when I bought them, the customer support team were superb. They responded immediately and resolved my issue in a more than fair manner. I ordered this for my autistic son.
I ordered this for my son, who is autistic, attends forest school. I panicked after ordering and emailed to cancel. Immediately I received a response saying the product had already been sent.
However, they also reassured me that they understand and I could easily send it back.
The product arrived so fast, and my son loves it. There is no need to send it back at all. Really fast, immediate customer service.
