Oh! Great airline tickets prices BUT, of course there has to be a problem. At first, they are very friendly, they don't rush you to take your decision but let you know that you have 24 hours, and then the price won't be the same. So I bought 2 tickets in advance for my destination, Montreal to Las Vegas, and then came the covid-19. Recently I received a mail from Air Canada, saying I was eligible for a refund. COOL. Ha ! What a joke. You DON'T get a refund from Secret Airfares. You Never will. They keep asking for the ticket number (for a refund) which I never received and I keep telling them that I only received a reference number) and of course that's not enough for a refund. There is no help at all coming from them. So if you want to have a great flight, buy straight from the airline. NEVER will I buy from Secret Airfares again. NEVER.

This has been the worst experience ever buying airfare. They are quick to harrass you when you buy your ticket to complete the transaction, but when you actually call them to ask questions or resolve and issue they hang up on you. I have called 6 times and every single time they have hung up on me. Please save your money and stay away. I bought insurance for my flight and never received information on it either and they will just put you on hold and hang up. Considering that my family bought (20+) bought with them for a destination wedding, you would think they would take care you for future business.

A very bad expérience with this agency
I brought my tickets last year at 5190$ for 4 tickets but because of the pandemie they gave me a credit that i can use 2 years later but when i want to use this credit this summer a agent who called carlos propose me a cancellation because this year tickets are much more expencive and i have to to add 3000$ more so i payed 500$ annulation fees and i havé never received my refund yet there is one month right now and every time i call the agency and i ask for this carlos they tell me is not available or they cut the line so i dont advice against

I got a ticket today for 350.00 I received ad email 2 hours later saying that the flight had DOUBLED and was I actually ok with that. The answer obviously was NO. This company is a TOTAL SCAM DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY !!!!

COVID Expérience, I called Air Canada, they told me that there was no reason for the agency to withhold money, and that Air Canada is already paying the commissions for the agencies, I just ask for an explanation from Nick and Carlos, no response to emails, very nice job gentlemen!!!

I had paid $ 1054.59 for each ticket while we only received $ 964.61 for refund, there is also $ 718.13 that was not refunded so a total of $ 1078.05 no refunded, why?

Fraudulous agency.Stay away from them.u will have your money as hostage.they dont refund. Dont buy from them.they are thieves. They charge me 1000 dollar on 3800$ ticket.

Please stay clear from this agency, its a dubious one, they publish one rate and then charge another, please also verify your credit card statement.
Purchased a ticket for 895$ as per the website and got charged 953$, then when we called back for the covid refund, they kept saying it is in process and the amount is only 441$, which is the same as what the airline has on record, when contacting the call center and chat they said its non refundable service fee. So one basically looses there money here and even after six months no refund has come.

Was too good to be true
Yeah, this website is a waste of time at best, and a swindling scam at worst. I was given a good initial price on two tickets to Miami a few months from now, and talked to a customer service person "Maria" who eased my fears, so I put in my credit card info and waited for the confirmation, which I never got, so after a few days, I came back on. Thank goodness miss "maria" who must work 24 hours a day (sarcasm, I assume they're using some type of customer service call center for scammers), looked up my order number and told me that the price I was given that was clearly for 2 people was just for 1 person, and that two people would be more than double. But, that she didn't charge the card. Why they couldn't email me to say it had fallen through, I don't know. Anyway, overall, by the sketchy way they run their customer service, by the fake address they give for their physical location, by all the eerily similar and short 5-star reviews on here (points to them being fake reviews), I would urge you to trust your gut and order from the reputable sites you've actually heard of.

Charlie was very helpful..he gave my family of 5 a very good fare deal. I will give them a call for my next trip also. Charlie was really nice and explained to me everything.

Booked a trip for $491...error in the reservation name was addressed via a phone call within 5 minutes of making the reservation.Charly was pushing a flight out of JFK in lieu of EWR...I live in NJ. The new fare suggested was over $700...I was a charged $50 for cancelling. Stay away from this business.

I JUST DID A BOOKING WITH THEM FOR THE PRICE OF 1743.39 FOR 6 TICKETS (291$ PER TICKET) AND PUT ALL MY PAYMENT INFO GOT REFERENCE # AND 2 MIN I RECIVED A CALL SAYING THAT FAIR ITS NO LONGER AVALIBLE THAT THEY HAD ONE FOR 450 PER TICKET PERSONAL WAS SO RUDE AND DESRESPECTFUL THEN TRIED TO BRIDE ME SAYING HE WILL PAY FOR MY TICKETS I HOPE I DONT GET CHARGE ILL MAKE MY BANK GET MY MONEY BACK SAFE ALL THE PROOF IN CASE DONT TRUST THE SITE ATT ALL SCAM

Great service overall. Nick and Carlos were very helpful in finding me a good flight from Saskatoon Canada to Nairobi, Kenya.

The only thing every time they said 2 mins it was like 20 minutes and this was on several times. I understand they could be busy but it's also good to respect others time.

Got a great deal on my AIRFARE to Myrtle Beach. The clerk that I talked to Carlos was very polite and helpful. I will use this Company again when I plan my next trip. God Bless Secretairfares and their employees.

I booked My trip for $93.00, from NY to Miami but later they called me to inform that the price was wrong because the web page had a technical problem and they didn't gave the ticket. I am very mad and I'll never go to they web page again. This is not honesty. Secretairfares are not good at all.
