Securitywholesalers Reviews

Unbelievable! We have never come across a tech company whose employees are so awesome.
Fist class communication & after-sales service: Attentive, Fast, efficient and effective.

We inherited our Network Video Recorder (NVR) CCTV system when we purchased our brand new home in Mar-2026.
The vendor/builder & installer left us with no login credentials. They are unable to help & simply washed their hands off our problem.
We were left wanting & in a state of distress.

We contacted Security WholeSalers (discovered them when doing desperate research on the internet, looking for someone to help us).
We were not hopeful as no-one else could & would help us.

The Team at Security Wholesalers resolved our password problem with our NVR CCTV system, in no time & without much ado.
Please convey our sincere thanks to the Team who attended to our problem on Sydney EST 20-Sept-2026 around 9:45 PM.
You brought us out of our misery!

Last but not least, Security Wholesalers, you are worthy of your Company Name. You treat matters relating to products you are selling ie. security, with a sense of urgency & superb customer care.

Kind Regards, BG

This is an awesome company. Very quick shipping and when i had trouble with setup, i sent them an email and I got a quick reply with the steps to solve the issue. Excellent service

I’ve had an excellent experience with this company from start to finish, including the purchasing process and the technical support afterward. A few months after my purchase, I encountered an issue, and they quickly guided me to a solution. I can’t recommend them enough for your security system needs!

Security Wholesalers provide excellent service. Their range is extensive, their prices are competitive, and their delivery times are fantastic, but it’s support where they absolutely shine. Unfortunately, I was supplied a user-unfriendly component. When their support person couldn’t help, they referred me to Dahua’s support company CISCO who provided absolutely fantastic support. It’s reassuring that you can purchase complex technology, knowing the company selling the products provides first class support. I would absolutely recommend purchasing your security surveillance products from Security Wholesalers.
