Looks like I'm in the same boat as everyone else here. Website looked great, but I placed an order 2 weeks ago, emailed twice and reached out to their Facebook page with no response.

Can you give less than one star?

I Ordered, payed, and nothing happened
Asked for an answer... They never came back to me...
Think it's one of the rudest companies I've ever encountered...

Like the others here, I placed my order on 12 March 2026, they took my money, and haven't heard a peep from them since. They don't respond to emails or chats, and when I tried to track my order on their site it said it had no record of my order. Presumably they do have a record of the $7.99 they took from my cc.

Never got my order, no response from the company. Total scam. They do not have any contact info except email which they totally ignore. Be aware!

I wouldn’t even give them a one star but that’s the only way to write a review. I ordered and paid for my order on February 23, 2026. I received a conformation of my order, my bank account has been debited. I am unable to track my order through them or SHOP. I’ve sent 3 emails with no response, not surprised. I’m furious and anyone that has ordered and received their order, I’d love to hear from them. When you read the company “About” is laughable! THEY ARE A FRAUD!!

I bought seeds back in 2024 and could never get them to germinate. The seeds they sent were obviously for a different plant entirely, but that was in retrospect.

I thought I was a bad gardener but I realized I got scammed.

If you buy seed, you should know how it made it into that packet. Where was it harvested? When? What's the germination rate? If it's old or not kept in a cool, dry environment, you're likely to have a bad time.

Like everyone on here, I took fell victim to this scam. It was under a $20 order but still. It's a SCAM! DO NOT PAY THEM ANYTHING! No responses to emails, chat request at all. Company email is a Gmail account. I should have seen the flags but I was bamboozled by the tricky and believable website.

Ordered a pack of seeds for 7.99 and they never sent them. It is a scam company. Take money, don't send product. Been 8 weeks. Nothing. Customer service doesn't reply. BEWARE! DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - check all their ratings. I believe the good ratings to be fake.

I wish I had looked at the reviews before I placed my order. I have tried to contact the company several times regarding an order I placed, but they have not responded at all. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company. Total scam!!!

They took the money .....no reply to 4 E-Mails....scam pure!!!!

I wish I could give zero stars. They charged my card, sent a order confirmation email, then have ignored several emails requesting an update on my shipment for 2 months, the email bounced as undeliverable once, I checked the website but didn't have an account to sign in, then just yesterday, I put the order number in to search for my order, and it told me that the order did not exist. Total scam.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Yes, scam site. Expensive seeds, and suspiciously seem to have seeds not available elsewhere. Paid by credit card and shortly afterwards our credit card was hacked. No seeds have arrived, very ambiguous tracking through Shopify. Website says to rate them on their social media but they don't seem to have any.

Completely fraudulent website. Bought 4 packs of seeds. Confirmation via a gmail website automatically sent. Nothing since. No reply to emails or raised complaints. No seeds received.

SCAM. Ordered seeds over a month ago. Never arrived. Wrote to the email address. Never received a response

Ordered from this company on the October 28, 2025. They say it takes 7 days for order processing but still have not received shipping information or the items ordered. Phone number is disconnected and no response from email contact. According to bank the payment I made is set for recurring debit so had to stop payment on future charges. Seems like a bogus site or scam. Dont know if items will be shipped at all. Buyer beware!

Don't bother! Company takes your money, then ignores you for months at a time! I made my order in August, it is now OCTOBER!!! I am currently chasing them for a refund through my credit card.

I placed an order mid August, and still waiting for my order ( today’s October 5!) to be shipped.
I contacted them, the only way to contact them is via email. and get no responses.
Stay away from this seller!!

They confirmed my order, charged my card and NOTHING SINCE. I am able to track my order thru the chat app (not main page) but it just says processing. No reply to any of my emails. I had to call my bank and file a dispute/investigation. It's been a month or so. No phone numbers and their site address is a KNOWN SCAM ADDRESS: 30 N Gould Sheridan, WY 82801, now that I looked into it, the website and facebook page look fishy too, little details, images and not lots of content. I will be more careful henceforth.

I’m an experienced grower. I’ve tried hundreds of varieties from various suppliers — and from you, have got very poor quality seeds. And very long wait. They are all old and completely rotten. Unfortunately. But with "official phytosertificates". "Only truth will win." (their slogan on phytosertificate seal) Oh, Really? Really. Truth have won, indeed. See my review. This is truth. But this is also the responsibility: I will never buy from you again. Never. You won't make any more money from me. You will not. You’ve lost a loyal customer. That’s the truth that won. P.S. The comment turned out to be quite emotional, but accurate. The seeds I got were really of bad quality. I will also note that I am a very honest and fair person. And in fact, 1 seed out of more than a hundred, indeed, sprouted. If another one seed sprouts, I will completely delete my comment.
