Bought a maxi dress for the wedding of last night.
Was amazin!

I bought 4 linen shirts and 2 linen shorts for the summer, I am happy with the items. Also friendly customer support!

DO NOT USE THIS SITE THEY ARE FRAUDS!! come back with counter offers when you want to return an item. Then give you a chinese shipping address expecting you to send directly back at basically half the cost of your item, either way your out of pocket. FRAUDS!!

Selletiq are a dodgy company. They are claiming to be UK based (and they are registered under a UK address on Company House), but they are based in China. 

The coat I ordered was inaccurate (cropped sleeves instead of long), so I requested a return and refund. At first, they offered alternatives to a refund (discount on the product or store credit), which increased in amount with each email. When I insisted that I wanted a return and refund they responded with a return address in China informing me that I am to pay the return postage of up to £42!

I told them since the coat is not as advertised, I would not expect to pay for the return postage. They responded with yet another offer: 30% refund or 100% store credit. They added that every order incurs fixed costs for the company and implied that the cost of return will hurt their business! 

I told them as they are registered in the UK they are bound by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and they cannot legally refuse a full refund for an item not as described, if requested within 30 days, and they must provide postage.

They responded again ignoring everything I said regarding the law, this time increasing their offer to 35% refund or 100% store credit.

I replied to tell them I will accept a 100% refund.

They replied repeating their previous offer and stated "I understand that you would prefer a full refund. However, as mentioned in my previous email, due to the fixed costs involved with each order, we’re unfortunately not able to offer a 100% refund in this case.". 

No resolution, but I haven’t given up.

Avoid this company. The item you are thinking of purchasing is not worth it.

I ordered an item and when it arrived it did not resemble the pictured item at all

Then you realize the product is sent from China so the costs of a return are £20-£40 which they expect you to pay

They offer a minor refund to keep the item you did not want in the first place OR a credit to buy something else from them (cheek of it)

Do yourself a favour and buy from a reputable online company

I bought 5 dresses, super great quality and friendly customer service for when i had questions about the delivery! :)

My dress arrived in a plastic bag and the quality is extremely poor. The garment is unfinished, the material is incredibly thin, and sequins have already fallen off. The edges are rough and the whole item feels cheaply made. How this company can justify charging over £100 for something like this is beyond me — even Shein is better quality.

I have opened a dispute with PayPal and I am protected under Buyer Protection. I will not be paying for this poorly made item.

Please avoid ordering from this website and save your money.

I have a good experience with this store, I bought 2 linen pants for the summer.

Terrible quality - do NOT buy from them. They are another company saying they're based in Europe but you have to pay return postage fees to China. They make returns really difficult - trying again and again to offer you partial refunds.
