Great Company, Quick Payouts, and Great Customer Service A+
Great company to sell IT components to. I have done many transactions with them... Their process is great and their notification process helps to keep you informed. There web site status descriptions do require a translation guide at times, but they are great on helping to describe the status if you call them via phone. I highly recommend them. The prices they pay for gear is great and generally speaking their process is fast. They also provide prepaid shipping labels which is great bonus!

I sent in my FULLY FUNCTIONAL PC and…
I sent in my FULLY FUNCTIONAL PC and they emailed me back once they received it saying the GPU was not working. I asked them to test it again because everything was fully functional the same day I sent it out and they told me everything else was working. They replied saying again that it was not working. I asked them to send it all back because I lost faith in their service. They sent it almost all back (missing brackets, screws, a heatsink taken out), and the best part is they drilled a f***ing hole into the CPU. I have my GPU they said wasn't working being tested by a local shop. I want the money stated when I sent the PC in which was $1158. You completely destroyed a working PC.

When your PC arrived, it would not power on, so our technicians tested each component individually to find the issue. Everything passed testing except for the Radeon RX 7900 XTX, which did not produce any video output during our inspection.
As part of the inspection, we cleaned the thermal paste to verify the CPU model, but we did not remove the CPU from the motherboard, drill into the CPU, or damage the motherboard during testing. The AIO cooler was also not removed during our inspection.

Quick easy experience selling a GPU. Can you get more selling it on Facebook Marketplace? Probably, but good luck with that if you live in a rural area where most people have no idea what a GPU even is.

SellGPU’s advertising is misleading
SellGPU’s advertising is misleading. They claim that if you ship your items using their prepaid shipping label, your package is 100% insured and your payment is guaranteed. That has not been my experience.
UPS lost one of my packages 10 days ago. The package was shipped using a label purchased by SellGPU and contained products worth $3,031. As of today, SellGPU has not even opened a claim with UPS, and I have received no payment for the lost items.
According to their own promises, I should not have to wait for UPS to complete an insurance investigation before being paid. SellGPU advertises that your shipment is protected and that you will get paid if a package is lost. However, when a real problem occurred, they failed to honor those promises.
On top of that, they already pay very low prices for products, and now they are refusing to take responsibility when an issue occurs with a shipping label they provided. Buyers and sellers should be aware of this before doing business with them.

One of your two packages was successfully delivered to our facility, while the second package was unfortunately lost in transit by the carrier. We are not refusing payment for the lost package. Because the package was lost during shipping, we are required to work through the carrier's investigation and claims process before the claim can be completed.
We understand that waiting is frustrating, especially with a high-value shipment. Our team has been working with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, but the timeline is ultimately dependent on the carrier's investigation.
