Sell My Home | Estate Agents Reviews

Rosalind was absolutely fantastic for selling my home in Chepstow. Always contactable and always got back to me with any questions, information or anything asked if her. She went above and beyond with the sale of my house. I would highly recommend her to anyone. She works so hard for her clients.

I worked with Rosalind levy who is the estate agent for Chepstow. She was extremely quick to respond and find answers to any enquiries I had. She was a delight to deal with and a fantastic sales woman. I would highly reccomend her as a sales agent.

Rosalind was very knowledgeable and helpful. She did a lot to enable my property purchase in Chepstow. Rosalind is absolutely someone that I would trust if/when I needed to move again.

I was sceptical, at first, of the company being online only but that turned out not to matter to the quality of service at all.

Daniel Thompson was a great person to deal with, when we wanted to purchase our right to buy house. He showed positive attitude and was ready to listen any questions we had and put us in the right direction. Our meeting with him was very fruitful and would recommend him to anyone interested in either buying or selling home.

As an overseas Landlord who rented my house through agents the decision to use sellmyhome to sell my property at challenging times has been an excellent one.
Through the complete process of serving notice to the tenants to support with the conveyancing process and coordination with the Buyers the help from Daniel Thompson has been invaluable. For the rare occasions when Daniel was not available, other sellmyhome team members were also professional and helpful. I can fully recommend the service of sellmyhome and I am grateful for the professional service I have been provided.

Absolutely professional throughout Brendan was excellent his communication and attention to detail really helped us

From the start of me purchasing my first home to the end Wes provided 5* service throughout!! No matter what questions I had and what time he was there to answer and support me as I didn’t know the process with it being my first home purchase! He is honestly the best and I can not recommend him more for your journey of selling/purchasing! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!! Thankyou Wes for everything!

I appointed SellMyHome for the marketing and sale of a retirement property, which finalised with a successful sale. The staff I had contact with at SellMyHome, are all very communicative and quick to respond, which includes the marketing, sales and administrative staff.

I’ve dealt with Tim when buying my property and most recently trying to sell my property. He has been absolutely fantastic with both processes. The purchase was seamless, and although I’ve decided to withdraw my property from the sales market temporarily, he did a wonderful job of presenting favourable offers. His communication has been faultless throughout and when I look to sell or buy in the future, I will have absolutely no hesitation in going back to Tim.

We have nothing but positive things to say about Sell My Home. They were professional, reliable and nothing was too much trouble. We were very well looked after initially by Harvey and later by Caroline, who was, quite frankly, unbelievable! We knew she had everything covered and up to date, but items that required to be done or requested, were done pretty much immediately. They made us feel looked after and confident that their part of the sale was organised. Thanks again to a great team!

I used sellmyhome.Tim Bentley was my agent and he was brilliant - experienced, knowledgable and happy to guide me through the whole process.Always returned my calls, honest and reassuring - highly recommended!

I can't thank SellMyHome enough for such a fantastic house selling experience. My agent Scott was absolutely brilliant, always at the end of the phone & was so reassuring & helpful & nothing was too much trouble. Every stage was explained, the viewings were done in a block so no messing & we spoke every week. I needed an agent like that as this was an emotional sell for me & I can honestly say SellMyHome gave me everything that selling your home should be. Smooth, reassuring, easy to contact, advice & guidance all done with kindness, & a laugh at times! Thank you with all Scott & all the team! Dont use anyone else!

Excellent service from my agent Sarjo. Made the process smooth from start to finish. Will be using Sell My Home again in the future

A great online service, better than the high street agent in my opinion. Harvey and Caroline were simply amazing. Thank you for a great experience.

So pleased I bought a house through Sell My Home. The agent Daniel was always on the other end of the phone if I had any questions. Five stars!

Our agent, Sarjo, was helpful, professional and kept us updated at all times (5* service from her!)
We have used Sell My Home on two previous occasions and have received excellent service on all occasions. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is that they have changed the way they operate, taking control away from the customer (who used to have access to a portal where viewings were arranged online, not via the agent) - we feel this is a retrograde step, by introducing a 'middleman' (the agent). We much preferred the way it worked before.

Sell My Home provided an excellent service in selling our shared ownership flat and getting us to completion.
Daniel Thompson went above and beyond and assisted at every stage helping us get past any issues that came up. I would 100% use them again!!!

I was using RentMyHome before SellMyHome which belongs to the same business group I guess. It was a seamless sale experience to me as most matters were dealt with directly by SellMyHome teams. Daniel who was my account manager assisted me right from the beginning to the very end. From sales price research to arranging viewings and negotiating with buyers, you can trust them always putting your interests as top priority; from sales agreed to sales completion, you can rely on them to keep tracking progress on your behalf and make sure it get completed soonest possible. So yeah, a perfect experience I enjoyed from SellMyHome. :) We'll be renting out and selling again at some point next year, so I expect we'll continue using their services without a second thought!

We extremely grateful for the service received from Sell My Home. The estate agents were excellent, really responsive over email or the phone, supportive and professional. They provide a great service at a reasonable price. We would highly recommend them to everyone. Special thanks to Harvey, Amy, Muhammed and Caroline for being very helpful, dedicated and efficient throughout the process. Best wishes!
