Sell My Home | Estate Agents Reviews

Trust is hard to come by in the stressful, difficult and sometimes murky world of buying and selling property. We have been bitten before, once coming nose to nose with an agent over questionable business practices and BS. However that said when you find a good one you will recognise them. This is the third time we have used Tim Bentley at SellMyHome and once again he has exceeded our expectations, going over and above the normal lacklustre approach of other estate agents. He is personable, attentive and professional getting us a price for our home that we were delighted with. I could not recommend Tim highly enough.

Having been let down by other agents I decided to contact Sell My Home and was immediately contacted by Bill Reid. Straight away he showed an interest in the property I was selling and within a few days the property was on the market. The sale was carried out smoothly with regular updates on progress. Bill always responded quickly to emails and phone calls and I would highly recommend his services.

I worked with Bill on more than one occasion and must say I have been so impressed by the quality of service. There has always been excellent communication throughout the purchasing process.
Prompt and reliable follow-ups on queries with satisfactory attention to details. Thank you so much Bill and the entire team.
I would absolutely recommend SellMyHome.co.uk to any prospective client.

I am always sceptical when reading reviews of anything and hence the reason I never really leave many. In this instance I am compelled to do so for two reasons, the first being the importance of the service in selling/purchasing one’s home and the second being the exceptional service I have received from sellmyhom.com
I had never sold a property before and the whole process seemed a little daunting to me and I am convinced that without instructing sellmyhome it would have been just that.
From the get go every member of the team I dealt with were exceptional, I don’t think I have had any process or service where I have dealt with such professionalism.
The process was more drawn out than expected but this was owing to my solicitors and the stamp duty holiday which was somewhat unavoidable, but this was remedied by the exceptional efforts of Sarah Davies whom liaised with the solicitors on my behalf and hastened their efforts.
The aforementioned Sarah Davies needs special mention at this point.
I have honestly never dealt with someone as professional and hardworking in my life.
Nothing was to much effort from explanation of process to attention to detail, Sarah has been the very definition exceptional.
It is two weeks after completion and Sarah is still taking my phone calls to provide advice and guidance with no real obligation to do so, and I believe this speaks volumes about a person’s character.
Sarah always took or promptly returned emails and phone calls and liaison between buyer and seller was prompt and concise.
You could genuinely tell that Sarah cared about the whole process and getting it right.
Sarah is large part of the reason that I shall be using sellmyhome again for further property services.

Please rest assured that if you instruct sellmyhome that you are dealing with professionals that go above and beyond, offering truly unparalleled service.

Again, many thanks to the whole team who have had a hand in my sale and I look forward to dealing with you in the future.

I was introduced to Bill, and from viewing right through to the sale i cannot fault him or sell my home. Excellent communication right the way through. Cannot rate them enough and would highly recommend them.

Where to begin.. it was my first time sellling a property. My mortgage advisor recommended sellmyhome (Leicester) - I hadn't heard of them but thought I'd give them a shot. First impresssions are key and when I met Scott, he was friendly and down to earth. Scott is straight talking, yet knowledagble and provides great advice which suits the customer and not their business. The whole team were always polite and nice to talk to as part of the booking of viewings. Sukie was the dedicated agent who dealt with the sale and always kept me up to date with relevant details. As the sale progressed, Sarah was at the forefront of the final hurdle and was not only courteous and supportive of my impatience but gave her all to push the transaction through our perspective deadline. I could continue with my kind comments for the team and would not hesitate to recommend sellmyhome to anyone. Keep up the good work all :)

Bill has been fantastic from first point of contact to completion. Very professional, excellent communication throughout. Can’t thank him enough. Highly recommended if more than five stars were available he would have more. Thank you.
Best Estate Agent we’ve ever used

I bought a house which the seller was using SellMyHome and my contact was Sarah. She was so nice and understanding and took the time to help me with all my questions and even helped explain things to sell my house and push the process along so i could buy the house she was selling. overall a really good process and lovely team. would 100% recommend from a buyers point of view.

I recently sold my house with sellmyhome estate agent. Sharon and Caroline Sellmyhome have all been extremely professional and helpful - always on the end of a phone; always quick to answer phone and always working hard . Thanks to everyone there...

Our experience with Sell My Home was brilliant. Our agent, Tim Bentley sorted out the photos and the video tour of our property which we thought were brilliant. Also he conducted all the viewings too.
Once we had an offer, the sales progression was passed to the main office where we dealt with Sarah Davies. She was amazing. We always felt as though we kept bothering her with minor queries but she was always there to sort them out for us and said we were not bothering her at all. She dealt with everything in a very professional manner too.

I would definitely recommend this online estate agent and would use them again too.

I cannot recommend Rosalind Levy enough. She was exceptionally professional. On seeing my house, gave me expert advice on what needed to be done, we then organised this. She kept in communication throughout the process. She only showed viewers who were in a position to buy, and her feedback was honest and she worked non stop to help me achieve my sale. I would definitely use her again without hesitation. She does not give you false hopes, unrealistic sale prices and responds quick to your queries and keeps you fully updated throughout the who process, verbally and in writing.

The sell my home team. Where great in every aspect all they way through to completing. The booking system is great and easy to deal with. The team are responsive and professional. Very reasonable prices to sell as well. The completion team is an add on but very much worth the money. Sarah did a lot of chasing and hand holding that made the entire process much easier.

I highly recommend Rosalind @ SellMyHome. Rosalind delivered what she promised i.e. achieved my purchase to go through quick and within the timescale that I required. Ros has always kept me updated and always answered any queries I had. Honest and down to earth. Hard to find nowadays. I will definitely be doing business with SellMyHome again in the future.

Where do we start.... our experience with Sell my home was outstanding, Mr William Reid (Bill) went out of his way to make this happen for us. He was absolutely amazing. We can’t thank him enough. He went above and beyond to help us. 100% recommended!!!!!! He communicated with us on a daily basis and was always on the other end of the phone when we needed him. Top Class!!

I have just purchased a property marketed by SellMyHome. I was impressed by their integrity, and professionalism. In particular, Wesley Collins, who was handling the sale, was excellent from start to finish.

We couldn't be happier, buying a house was made easy! We bought our first home in Chepstow and Rosalind was a great help at every stage. She was kind, friendly and professional. Couldn't ask for a better service, we were moved in within 3 months of starting to view properties

We bought our house in Chepstow with through the rather wonderful Rosalind Levy and I cannot recommend her enough! She was 100% on the case throughout heading off problems before we even knew there was one and made the whole process of buying a house a far easier and pain free experience than it had any right to be.

Great service and support given by sarah and scott helped me get through the sale of my property.

It was a pleasure to work with Bill. He wa always on top of things and kept me upto date at every stage. Thank you very much for your help and assistance throughout the process. Amarjit Bhachu

We had the pleasure of working with Bill Reid who was very responsive to phone calls and emails. He made the transaction go smoothly and fast from start to finish. Thanks Bill
