The olives are really good

After a shipping company cancelled my order (for their weird reasons) for the delicious ricciarelli I used to enjoy in Tuscany years ago, I thought I would miss the boat for this year. I found your company on line and I "settled" to receive them past Christmas day. 

To my surprise I found they were delivered on the 24th. You cannot imagine my happiness and that of my family; we really appreciate your effort to ship it  ahead of time. The packaging  was amazing as well!

Customer service is outstanding! When there was an issue with a last-minute order, they contacted me and were extremely helpful and accommodating. I sent several gift orders around the holidays and all were delivered faster than expected despite seasonal slowdowns in the mail. Everyone was delighted with the products and I am so pleased. I will continue to shop this site because of the quality of products and amazing service.

I wrote to get a gift card activated and received no answer for a week. I called the contact number and there wasn’t even voicemail; no one picked up. Finally, a second email got an answer and my gift card was activated. All the while I was receiving messages asking me to purchase what was in my cart. Exasperating!

I was afraid ordering so close to Christmas in the middle of a pandemic would make it impossible to get a pannetone for a reasonable price. All my worries were soon quelled when I ordered from Sensibus!

The Fall Black Truffles that I ordered were lacking in pungent aroma and flavor. Perhaps they were a bit less than fresh? I was very happy with the option to have them delivered on a specific day (Dec. 22nd), with a week or so of lead time, but the product was sub-par.

Two things: 1) it would be helpful to be able to sort product "in stock" versus "out of stock". I spend too much time looking at product that is not in stock
2) please respond to emails. If you indicate on your site that you can be contacted by emails then please respond to them

Thanks for going the extra mile with the delivery. Less than 24 hours from the west to east coast! Amazing cheese, ravioli, and olives once again. We love the quality and variety. Many thanks to Bianca and the team!

I tried to send a gift certificate to my daughter-in-law, but it came to me instead of to her. Perhaps I misunderstood the directions, but if so, it should be easier to send a gift certificate to another party. I forwarded the certificate and gift certificate voucher to her -- a non-optimum way to send a gift.

Shipment did not arrive on time, and I was directed to call Periship for updates. Periship advised that the holdup was with FedEx and that I would receive my package the following day. I never did receive the package. I tried calling the customer service line for Sensibus, but after telling you to hold on the line for the next available representative the phone line hangs up on you. Over the course of the next five days I sent multiple emails to all three of the email addresses I could find for Sensibus to get a replacement, and no one ever responded. I am now going to have to dispute the charges with my credit card provider.

Sensibus has a wide variety of cheeses that you will not find elsewhere in America, all at great prices. In fact, buying artisan cheese from Sensibus can often be cheaper than buying from a supermarket. One of the cheeses I had selected wasn't up to their standards and they called me to discuss an acceptable replacement. That replacement turned out to be the best cheese out of all the ones I ordered. The shipping time was very quick and the packaging was thoughtfully done. Also, Sensibus carries many Alce Nero products which are some of the highest quality organic Italian products you can buy. I'm impressed with Sensibus' offerings and customer service and I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Watched Fat, Salt, Acid, Heat on Netflix when they highly recommended Red Cow Parmigiano-Reggiano and I did a quick search and found your website. I received the delicious cheese in less than 2 days! Great company!

I ordered several flavors of the panforte and it all arrived quickly, well packed, and everything I have tasted so far has been wonderful! I loved the cherry, chocolate, pepper one, I am eating the Nero now, lol, and I just love the traditional version as well. I will be ordering again, I have been waiting a long time to be able to buy just these cakes.

The packaging arrived intact. Indeed, so intact that it was difficult to open the container of excellent, tase genuine olives, hence one star off. If possible it would have been 4.8 stars since the olives were the point not the package.
