Horrible customer service, Unreasonably slow delivery!
Arrogant company with a terrible attitude towards customer service, regardless of them being in the wrong. They will mislead you online too, please see the premium shipping service (extra $7) states 2-5 business days, 2 weeks later!! And I’m in the same state!!!
Their response that doesn’t include our handling time , on the website it strongly suggests you will have your order In 2-5 business days, I can’t believe all these bad reviews and they don’t even try to fix a soon to be failed company, they are happy to be deceptive, and happy to disappoint customers . would reccomend ordering with them.
There were few bumps with shipping but my order still arrived to me within a week and two days so it wasn’t too much of a long wait. Sephora also has great customer service. The only problem is that they don’t send you a shipping confirmation email, however you can follow the status of your order on the Sephora app so no biggie.

Ripped Off and Treated Poorly
My ordeal has gone on for two months. Sephora emailed with a promotion that was if you spent $100 on Tarte Products you would get a free gift! I placed my order online, put in the promo code and when I got confirmation my promo product was not on the order. I immediately called the help centre and they accused me of not putting in the promo code then told me that I would have to not accept my order when it was delivered and reorder!!!!!! Bear in mind, this was 5 mins after placing my order - how no one could have simply changed it is beyond me! Emails were sent back and forth for the next few days and before I can not accept my order, they inform me they are out of the promotion product. Also every time I order they are always out of the redemption gifts. I refuse to buy off this company now - they treat customers horrible.
