Avoid at all costs – terrible communication and locked access
I was their customer for about a year. The basic tasks went okay. However, for the financial statements, I was billed for over 20 hours of mysterious investigation work. I received no report on what was wrong or how it was fixed. When I refused to pay before getting a summary, they stopped doing my accounting and blocked my access to the accounting system.As a result, my accounting and VAT returns were late, and I couldn't even pay myself my salary. I terminated the contract and tried to transfer Netvisor directly to my company. They haven't signed the transfer, so I cannot do anything.I couldn't reach anyone at Septimus by phone or email. No one even had out-of-office replies turned on. I cannot recommend them under any circumstances.
