Many CPE options but extra costs for ethics course
I like the number of CPE options that are available. I was surprised to realize that ethics was not included and disappointed to learn that it was so expensive ($64!). I will be taking ethics elsewhere and consider this when renewing next year.

The main reason that we offer CPA Ethics courses separately on an as-needed basis is because Ethics CPE requirements vary depending on the state and cycle. Some states do not require Ethics CPE on an annual basis and some do not have Ethics requirements at all. Additionally, some customers already obtain Ethics training for free from their local CPA society. Lastly, the course development and accreditation costs for state-specific Ethics courses are much higher compared to standard topics. Doing so allows us to offer the annual membership at a substantially lower price and passes the savings onto you during years you don't have an Ethics requirement to fulfill. Compared to other online cpe, this was a great value with fewer inaccuracies than most other programs. I will definitely use this again.
