My husband loved the bow ties and ascot. The 3 items I bought qualified for free shipping to the States The prices are in Euros. The quality and the feel of the silk was amazing. The items were packed with care. My husband was initially afraid to touch each item. I will be a repeat customer!

I was promised to get delivery on an expedited matter and was clear about the date that it was supposed to be delivered and I left on my trip for a wedding and I did not receive the package.

The package, as per FedEx email, was delivered on Friday; our team also sent the proof of delivery to you via email.
It is possible that unfortunately you missed them by just a few hours before you left.
Since the package was delivered I cannot ask for a return to the sender right now; however, what I can suggest is as soon as you return let me know and I will send a return waybill to send the order back in case you decide not to keep it.
We hope this can work for you, our sincere apologies for the delay and for not being able to keep up to our usual fast delivery rates.
