I never received these. I paid and never received anything from them. No email receipt or anything. I paid through PayPal but no product no response. Beware!!

I ordered the vest in October. I asked customer service a month later when to expect my order. Never heard a peep. 2 months after my order i had sent a total of 4 emails asking where my order was. I then opened a dispute in paypal....surprise surprise they immediately sent me an email stating that I should close the dispute and that they SENT my order. I even got a confirmation email saying my order was sent. I emailed them back and explained I wasn't going to close dispute until I recieved the vest since supposedly it was shipped. The next email said they were going to have to cancel my order?!?!? How are they going to cancel the order if it was already shipped. Next email said it wasn't shipped.....definitely dont trust this site.

Although my order was delied but there was a prombted communications on the reason.

Fraud!
They take your money-89 pounds. Then no merchandise was delivered. These people are perpetuating a fraud in the guise of helping out SEN parents. Do not give them your money under any circumstances

I gave 5 stars because it's a good jacket to help them be able to control their temper.

Yeah, it works.It helps our 7 year old boy calm down. I didn't make a video yet , but I'll make one.

My 4 year old daughter who has autism really loves her vest. When she is upset or frustrated, she will actually ask for it. It helps her calm down so easily. Mornings used to be crazy! Now, they are calm!

He used to throw tantrum most of the time and that impacted his learning and regular activities. After using the calming vest, we started seeing great change in his behaviour in just few days of using . He seems more calm now. Thanks Sereni for the great product and also the tips that Maeve sent!

Ordered vest , arrived quickly. Need to look at weight for size of child.
As an SI OT im recommending start 15 mins at breakfast and 15 mins doing homework or before bed.
If not tolerated well then start at 5 and build. An adverse responses will stop immediately.

Very bad experience ordered a calming vest for $81 but it has been more than a month and have not received anything. The customer services says it is in transit and won't issue a refund. Pathetic experience

Terrible experience! Ordered a calming vest for €80 and had no confirmation about my order. Had to email them and they said found my order and would send the vest. This was over 5 weeks ago and they have stopped responding to my emails.

Asked for a refund, but nothing! My bank is also having problems getting a response. Do not order anything from them unless you want to lose your money.

I ordered a vest.I was waiting for it to be delivered to me, but no information. I started looking, it turns out the vest had arrived, but it had been sent back. I contacted the sereni parenting support group. They confirmed that they had received the vest back. It had been a long time. I said that I didn't need the vest anymore, that I had bought another one. Everything was fine, they would deduct my money back. I waited and again silence. I wrote again, again some reservations and promises. And so on for several months. In the end, they blocked my email. I wrote from another email. They replied that the courier had destroyed the package and that they would not refund the money. They said that they usually don't do that, but in my case it would be an exception and send me a new vest. In the end, I agreed, because €75 is a lot of money for me. And again silence for several weeks. The whole epic has been dragging on since November.
