Excellent trainer that knew his stuff and explained it really well giving excellent examples along the way keeping it interesting.

I found the course very enjoyable and informative!

The course was very interesting and I felt I learnt a lot from it. I would have liked to have maybe spread the course over a couple of days so that we could cover things more in depth but I think the time we spent on each section was enough.
Paul was great and kept everyone engaged, he involved everyone on the course.

Trainer was extremely helpful, and provided good, clear communication. Hand-outs were also very useful and user friendly.

The session we had clearly identified a number of issues and priorities that we had to look at as an organisation. We have a number of actions to take forward. Would have been helpful if the trainer had done a bit more research into our organisation prior to the course, particularly our size, business and ethics.

I was really surprised at how much I enjoyed the session. I feel i understand my work colleagues much better now, also understanding other peoples preferences when they are working.

Very interactive course, covering various pitfalls of management. In my opinion the course is more adequate for people already in a managerial position even if it's a good eye-opener. The course material is really clear and well constructed. It's was a little bit disappointing that we had to rush the 'conflict management' part at the end because it seemed really interesting.

Overall, I would definitely recommend the course to new managers.
