Service was excellent from start to finish. Very easy to book, instructions were clear on how to pack, what information was required for customs etc. Our boxes arrived on time and custom costs estimations were accurate. The contents of our boxes was all in tact with no breakages. Would highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to use Seven Seas again for any future shipping.

Good value for money
Seven Seas provides a good range of options for shipping and is good value for money. It provides comprehensive information both on the website and through emails. But in effort to communicate so much, it was actually very confusing and more complex than it needed to be. The online platform was similarly confusing. But we are very pleased with the service in terms of shipping.

Thank you for the help and support from the staff on the phone and the staff that delivered and picked up the shipment which made the whole experience stress free.They had been great. Thank you very much.

Fast customers service response and get things done quickly

The online tracking was good whilst on way from one place to another. It could have been better when items reached a place with a little more detail...
The drivers were super helpful and awesome. Overall it was a really good experience and highly recommended!

The CS staffs were very helpful when i encounter issues and able to fix my problems immediately, and the staffs who came to my house for the job were very professional and well explained all the details what they will do.

Indeed, that’s the second time I use Seven Seas service. I appreciate the hotline services. The hotline serves 24 hours 7 days which provides a seamless professional support to the customers any time they have problems and during different stages of the shipment. Like myself, I need the actual cost during the quotation stage, the packing of my staff and whether some items need customer declaration, how to present them on the shipment list and insurance category. I also appreciate a lot when I found my shipping stuff will be more than 10 standard and 10 big boxes, I call for extra boxes, the staff who delivered the boxes suggested me to order a medium cube which indeed provided me with the convenience of sending a few non standard size personal items - my framed wedding photos and guitar - in a more private and safe way with less cost at the end.

All the customer services personnel were very helpful and professional. The goods were collected on time and delivered very quickly.

It is a lot of work getting your boxes sorted even before the cube arrives, but I have to say that having Mark from Seven Sea's Manchester was a god send.
From the time he arrived to the time he left, he was nothing but amazing. Was there for support and helped us through the whole process and to be honest without him I don't believe we would have packed it in time.

Very quick and easy way to ship your belongings overseas. Accurate initial quote. The staff were always happy to help when I needed documents or assistance with anything. All of my boxes were safely shipped and delivered to my doorstep.

Seven Seas were exceptional right from the first email to the delivery of my goods on my door step. We sent six boxes from a small town in France to a small town in New Zealand and the entire process was seamless and I always felt supported. Customer service was incredible, answers to any questions came back quick. All customer service professional I spoke with were detailed and kind. I highly recommend Seven Seas, I'll certainly be using them again should I ever need to. Genuine 5 stars.

From start to finish, I actually cannot fault Seven Seas Worldwide. They freighted my boxes from an isolated village in Scotland to a town in Central Victoria Australia. Their drivers were friendly and efficient. Tracking was accurate and helpful and their customer service team on the phone were polite, respectful and extremely helpful every time I had a question. Cannot recommend them highly enough

Our experience with Seven Seas has been very average.

They were very quick to call us following our enquiry and we were told shipping to the States would be £1800 "All in". Everything to the point of the container leaving was great. We thought the idea for the cube was great and the delivery driver was super nice and very helpful, although be aware you have to load everything yourself, they cannot enter your property.

It was only once we had arranged collection that things started to get a bit more frustrating. For example we were told that was £1800 on the UK side and there would be additional costs in the US. The additional cost was about another £2k which was fine, but we went from thinking we had a great deal to a normal cost - and would have just liked to have been told upfront.

We were also told when shipping that we could add any temporary address to the portal (and it says this on the portal) only to be told once our container had left our property that we needed a confirmed final address before shipping. This caused a 4 week delay for which we were charged another £400 and honestly, it just felt Seven Seas were trying to take advantage. On the portal it literally says "don't worry about a final address for now" but you get several emails saying that it does matter and costs could increase if you don't confirm the final address.

The tracker on the website is also essentially useless. We have emails telling us that our shipment was expected to arrive on March 19, but the tracker says the shipment is still loading and hasn't been updated since 29 January. Since being told the shipment was expected on the 19th, we've heard nothing and have to continually chase for updates.

Overall just a very average experience. We might have saved £1-2k in total - but not sure it is worth it as we had to pack everything ourselves and it's been a lot of admin.

Very disappointing service, the delivery from Cape Town to Brussels took seven months despite what is announced on their website.

We highlighted the fact that the website does not indicate the delivery time as estimates (this can only be found in the smallprint in the T&Cs, without a direct hyperlink to the T&Cs on the main quoting page) and received aggressive AI-generated messages in return.

Be very careful, their delivery times are VERY POSITIVE ESTIMATES despite these not being presented as such on their website!

And the wooden furniture was all mouldy, despite the dehumidifiers we had put into the MoveCube. We are definitely looking for another company for the return.

Very easy to understand how the services work and are priced compared to other companies that do the same thing. To be able to tailor how much you want to ship and understand the pricing upfront is very helpful.
