I ordered 3 items. The remotes didn't work. One item isn't compatible with my size and one item give electric shocks. I get no answer from support.

As I drunkenly placed a wrong order, they found out and alerted me, I changed my choice and received the product 5 days later, I'm very happy with their product and service, quality product and conscientious price, I'm very grateful to have this kind of quality company and thank them for their service!

The remote control for the dildo has never worked since day one. I have sent 3 emails to customer service, but no response. I won't use this company again because their customer service is nonexistent.

Got RIPPED OFF!
Ordered Honeycome male stroker( $45.00) but received a sweet time male stroker ($14.00) in stead. Very disappointed. Emailed them right away after receiving the wrong item and a follow up email but got no response.
Stay away from this company!

Absolutely fine! I wasn't sure about ordering, but went ahead (wasn't a large order), and the order only took about a week to ship to Canada... Very happy!

I’m revising my review submitted a couple of weeks ago where I gave this company one star and accused them of being dishonest and untrustworthy. Having ordered 3 items from this company’s website, totalling around £270 in value, I received the first only within about 10 days, but the second two, worth around £130 of the order, had still not arrived after more than two weeks, despite the order status showing as “shipped” for all 3 items, and I received no replies to the several emails I sent to the company’s support email address requesting information.
So I assumed that was it and hence the bad review.
But I owe them apology, I returned to my home yesterday after ten days away to find the two items had been delivered in my absence, well packaged and in perfect condition.
So it was just a matter of a longer waiting time than expected, coupled with a lack of communication on the part of the company’s support team. It’s a shame, had they just sent a brief message confirming that the items were coming from another source and would be arriving later there would have been no problem.
So, upgraded from one to three stars, all items received in perfect condition, no money lost on my part, just better communication required.
