I ordered an item and later the order was cancelled by the Eshop. I still haven´t received the refund although more then one month has passed and I urgued them couple of times. Highly unrecommended.

False advertising! The picture of the item was exactly what I wanted. No description was given; this should have been my clue. What arrived was a tenth of the amount. Customer service simple responded with "no refund due to what we sell". I get that, but I didn't make the mistake. Went to leave a review of the product for future buys to know what size/amount they would be getting if purchased and surprisingly it's been removed from the website.

I paid for expedited shipping. My item arrived later than expected, but the company issued me a refund for the shipping cost.

Very happy with the site and the products

Was sold the incorrect product, ignored by customer service, and never got my money back. The item I initially bought was supposed to be one that people really vouched for, so when I received a completely different product I was wildly disappointed. I had to end up giving away the item since I was completely ignored by customer service. Save your money and time y’all, find another shop that you know you can trust!

I usually have good service with you guys, but after my most recent order, I have had the worst experience ever. I have not been able to get in contact with support, even out of the 7 times I have attempted to request to speak with customer support. I have no idea where my order is, and I paid for the 2-3 day shipping and as far as I am aware, it hasn't even shipped yet. I have not received any emails back yet, and am I very frustrated with this service I have received.

Would have given 5 starts, but communication on delivery is lacking. The delivery site that was given simply states “shipped”. Need a tracking number so I can track the order. Paid for 2-3 day delivery and today is 4th business day.

I was sold a product that you didn't have in stock and you had to refund the amount.

I keep this site in Safari opened up so I can revive regularly at 12am. I've never observed such a site for toys previously. Everything consistently comes quick and discrete!!

Rehash client, I generally return here to get a couple of insidious amazement boxes. I adore how you actually can't determine what's inside the crate. It truly is a devious astonishment.

I ordered my package and added the two day shipping and three days later I still hadn’t received my package I messaged them and they said it takes two days for processing and that they sent it out in the mail on the third day and that my package was on its way and two more days went by and I still hadn’t received my package and I messaged them again and they said they didn’t have what I ordered so I received a refund (even though my package was supposedly already shipped out) and I have to wait at least 2 business days to get my refund back
