Great peaceful location
Great location and a well apportioned property in a peaceful location. With a little bit of "TLC", would be a first rate property but there were a few minor niggles with cleanliness which were addressed albeit not a show stopper.
Booking process was straightforward with Shamrock Holidays.

Cottage great location and fairly…
Cottage great location and fairly comfortable . Plenty of space and well equipped, however bathrooms not clean and towels had seen better days . Thin and grey in colour.

Very disappointed with cleanliness of…
Very disappointed with cleanliness of cottage, could be a lovely place but needs lots of improvement. Dead flies & spiders on windows, thick dust everywhere, all crockery & utensils had to be washed before we could use them. Oven needs a good clean, glasses also had to be washed before using, Dust under beds & behind cupboards thick, used long duster mop to remove as I did not want to be bitten by spiders, found empty wine bottle in bedside cabinet, which we left as we don't drink wine. Settees very uncomfortable & lounge was smelly......piano & stool thick with dust, awful really. Very disappointing.

A piece of heaven.
The spectacular views from the cottage are amazing. A few steps down onto the beach are at the bottom of the garden.
Very relaxing, a place to wind down from the crazy pace of the world today. Loved it.

Lack of warm water and power (showers) in the house
For the most part, the showers had no hot water and lacked power. We have another group staying at this house at the end of August, and something really needs to be done about this! I expect to receive feedback on this.
Further: we enjoyed the house and especially the surroundings!

Unfortunately the hot tub was broken…
Unfortunately the hot tub was broken and we were informed one week before so a little late to do anything about it. Beautiful cottage and garden's but needed a thorough clean. Incorrect listing details, check in time was four not two, no dvd player, no microwave . Nice location.

Great communication. Helpful Staff
Great communication. Provided all the necessary details regarding access to property etc., without having to chase.
When I phoned to clarify which credit card details they held so that a damage-reserve payment could be refunded the member of staff was very helpful and polite.
Have used the company on previous occasions and have had no issues whatsoever.
