To begin with this is an actual review from someone who purchased the Hebrew mega pack. Here is a list of deceptions
1. 7 day money back guarantee. This only applies to full price items. All items are discounted so it is impossible to get a refund. that is a deception hidden in their faq’s. I got one by threading to contact Pimselur and Hebrewpod 101 (more on this later)
2. No original content. All content is stolen from other places and put in a zip file. I contacted Pimselur as they are selling their product without permission. Actually got a response and they want to see the audio files. Hoping they pursue legal action

There is no plan or system except what Pimselur and Hebrew Pod 101 has already laid out Same for pdf books. Looks like random torrents placed into a zip file. No order or system just a bunch of pdfs. Some good some bad all stolen
3. Empty files and videos that don’t play. A number of files are empty or will not open. It unzips just fine but when you go to open them they won’t open or they are 0mg in size. Empty
Some, not many, videos won’t play at all
I would avoid this company all toghter as they do not have permission to sell other people’s stuff yet they do.

We strongly dispute the way this transaction has been presented.
Before purchasing, this customer contacted us and requested a first-time-buyer discount. As a gesture of goodwill, we provided a 50% discount.
After receiving access to the digital product, the customer contacted us claiming that the files were not working. We immediately attempted to assist and repeatedly asked for basic troubleshooting information, including screenshots, more details of the affected files, and information about what they were seeing so that we could identify the problem and help resolve it.
That information was not provided.
Instead, the customer demanded a refund and stated in writing that they would “leave negative reviews on any site” they could.
Despite the product having already been delivered, the substantial discount already provided, and the customer declining our attempts to troubleshoot the issue, we nevertheless issued a full refund.
So, for clarity: the customer received a 50% discount, received access to the product, declined our attempts to investigate the reported problem, and ultimately received 100% of their payment back.
This review genuinely came as a surprise to us. Until this point, our customer feedback has been consistently five-star, and our products have been very well received by customers. We take genuine problems seriously and will always try to help when someone experiences an issue.
We therefore strongly reject allegations of fraud, deception or scamming. Those allegations do not fairly reflect the documented course of this transaction or the way we conduct our business.
