Blackmailed me, Delayed Shipping even though I Paid for Expedited Shipping Order# USP69888
I have reached out to customer service about my delayed order. If I can pay for express shipping, they can pay for overnighting my dress they have been holding on too (5 Days Later).
1. They stated that my dress was ready for shipping but they are holding my dress from shipping because some of the other items were not in stock.
2. The website shows all my items were all in stock (even today, they are all in stock); which i provided to them in screenshots. This shows their deception.
3. Here it is 5 days later, they are still holding my dress ransom/hostage until I can come to an agreement to remove my negative remark off of trust pilot even though it is a TRUTHFUL negative experience; which is blackmail.
4. Now they are stating that they will not have my items shipped in time because they want to save money and not pay to have my items overnighted since they tried to save money in the 1st place by shipping my items at their own pace, though I PAID for express shipping!
5. They still have not OVERNIGHTED or EXPRESS shipped the in-stock items 5 days later.
6. They are NOT making me any offers with me but just holding my belongings. What are they waiting on? They are ALL TALK and focused on negotiating to remove any negative comments but still haven't shipped anything! They keep dangling offers and even offering me a refund so they wont have to lose money to overnight my dress. They are only thinking about themselves but FAILING to send me my dress. They are OFFERING me nothing just only care about their own IMAGE! The customer service and credibility, and integrity of this company is TERRIBLE so far. I WILL leave a negative review for EVERYDAY that my order was delayed until this is resolved. Period. All my items are still showing in stock!!! Liars

Every time I’d email them to just refund my money they’d want to exchange it or give me credit. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TWRRIBLE COMPANY. REPUTATION IS GARBAGE.

Sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Eine Rücksendung war für mich faktisch nicht möglich, obwohl die Ware nicht gepasst hat. Stattdessen wurde mir angeboten, die Artikel zu behalten und nur einen kleinen Teil des Kaufpreises (15 % von ca. 65 €) zu erstatten. Für mich nicht nachvollziehbar und nicht kundenfreundlich – ich werde dort nicht wieder bestellen.

Im Problemfall kann die Ware jedoch nur nach China zurückgeschickt werden. Absolut unseriös! Bei Problemen hat man einfach Pech gehabt. Nach dieser Erfahrung bestelle ich dort NIE wieder. Die Größentabelle stimmt NICHT, ein Umtausch ist NICHT möglich und die Firma hält sich NICHT an ihre Versprechen. Selbst vereinbarte Rabatte auf die nächste Bestellung werden NICHT wie vereinbart gewährt! Eine BEDRUG Firma, unserios!

I never received my order. I contacted their customer service and the lady told me.Oh, it was delivered.Have a nice day. Their carrier delivered it to my postal annex and my postal annex said they never received it. The tracking says they delivered it to a parcel locker, but my postal, anex does not have a partial locker.Therefore, their delivery person sent it to the wrong people and they won't help me 😕 so i'm out fifty dollars. Unless you want the possibility of them, losing your products and losing fifty dollars.Don't order from here

Absolute Frechheit, die Sachen sind viel zu klein, die Größentabelle stimmt nicht mit die Größe, welche angekommen ist , Rücksendung... würde mir gesagt, auf eigene Kosten und die können dem warenwert übersteigen, ich werde es die Verbraucherschützzentrale melden, so geht das nicht, absolut enttäuscht, 41 Euro weg , ich würde jeden von ein Kauf abraten.

I never leave bad reviews, I know stuff happens, things get overwhelming or overlooked so I try to give companies a little slack especially if they try just a little to make fix whatever the problem might be. But I’ve NEVER had a company charge me & not update or inform me on the status of my order. I got my order confirmation email but since then NOTHING! I’ve sent several emails regarding my order with attachments showing my order my confirmation etc & I attached a screenshot of the websites help & faq’s page showing how long a order should take & how to reach customer service but I still have heard NOTHING! If I don’t get some sort of response that my orders on the way or at the very least what’s taking so long & if there’s some type of problem then I’m going to report them to the Better Business Bureau & spread the word on every online forum I can find just how shady this company seems to be! I hate to do it but at the very least a company should send you what you paid for I don’t think that’s too much to ask. Nothing would make me happier than this company making things right & me being able to change my opinion & bad reviews!!! I would have spent a lot of money on this company but not until my order has been addressed! As of now I can wholeheartedly say DO NOT buy anything from this company but if they make things right I’ll update this review.

If I could give a negative star review I would. They suck at communication. Took forever to receive and the size was way too small. Im a small and this shit was made for a child! I asked customer service if I could return for a bigger size and they offered me 10 bucks off the next order. Do not order from them!

I sent an email in regards to the purchase and one of the products that I ordered. They hot back back in touch with me in less then 24 hours and promised to exchange the misordered product for the correct one in the correct size
Update they replied to my email and I did confirm and reply back thank you for exchanging the shape wear will update once product is recieved and will let you know if product recieved is the correct items and sizes
Update 2, after confirming that they would fix the order and asked me to change my review. I go back in to check what is going on and the order has disappeared. I have been charged and I cannot find where my order is. This is crazy never again I’ve been charged. And can’t get a reaponse

When ordering a waist trainer, they tell you to go a size smaller than what you wear. I did that and it wasn't ready for me. Im ok with that but when I asked about the options for a return the company BS me. Achtung, Finger weg, nicht empfehlenswert
Ich habe bei shapshe bestellt ( BestellNr SPS36928) und bin maßlos enttäuscht. Es wird mit einem 30-tägigen Rückgaberecht geworben, aber nirgends offen kommuniziert, dass man die Ware auf eigene Kosten nach China zurückschicken muss. Das erfährt man erst, wenn man die Rückgabe einleiten will.
Man muss den Kundenservice anschreiben, um überhaupt eine Rücksendeadresse zu bekommen. Ich habe Shadebar ZWEIMAL angeschrieben – bis heute keine Adresse, keine Antwort, keinerlei Reaktion.
Die brauchen hier auch nicht so zu tun, als würden sie sich kümmern – das tun sie ganz offensichtlich nicht.
Durch den Versand mit DHL/DL wird bewusst der Eindruck erweckt, dass auch ein Rückversand innerhalb Deutschlands möglich ist. Das ist irreführend. Der Rückversand nach China ist teuer und für Kund:innen faktisch nicht zumutbar.
Fazit:
❌ Intransparente Rückgabebedingungen
❌ Kein erreichbarer Kundenservice
❌ Rückgabe praktisch unmöglich
Klare Warnung an alle: Nicht kaufen!
Und falls doch: Vorher unbedingt klären, wohin im Zweifel zurückgeschickt werden muss.
Für mich definitiv das erste und letzte Mal bei Shapshe
