I ordered an “In my engaged era” shirt for my daughter. I ordered an extra large because my daughter, who is 5’3” 100# likes things big. The shirt arrived and it is even smaller than a regular medium. The material was cheap and not cozy as the picture displayed. Upon contacting them for a refund, I was denied bc it wasn’t damaged in shipping. Never again. Stay clear of this company.

I ordered a personalized sweatshirt ( In My Engaged Era, with my soon to be new last name on it) and it took a month to arrive. Once it arrived I was so excited until I noticed that sent me an XL ( I ordered an XS). I immediately asked them could this be resolved and they offered a 15% refund and said keep the shirt. Now if Im an XS, what can I do with a XL shirt?! So I asked can they just send me the size I ordered. Then they offered me a Large. Again big difference! So I asked was there XS or S available in any color, considering there was multiple sweatshirt options. To my dismay, that wasn't an option so I asked for a refund. I received the refund but the full amount, they subtracting the shipping cost. I can understand if this was my decision, but this was their mistake. I just wanted the sweatshirt, but because they sent the wrong size and didn't have any available.....Im still supposed to pay for shipping! Insane

This blanket is everything I hoped it would be. It’s very soft. I love the hood.

The items I ordered were damaged upon receipt. With experience in logistics this happens. This issue was with the shipper and carrier not SheOwn who setup the purchase.
However, they responded immediately, communicated well and had the product reshipped at no cost to me.
Sheown was 100% supportive and focused clearly on customer satisfaction.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

The quality of the product and the delivery process

I purchased a 60th anniversary USS Enterprise solar light, and once received discovered it is NOT what is shown in the picture! No lights in windows, upper dome, or engines as shown in the picture online. No lower dome at all on my ship, just a flat surface. Decals put on incorrectly. It is like someone had no idea what they were building did this! I would advise EXTREME caution with this company, and say NO to buying this. HUGELY DISAPPOINTED!

The item ordered and what was actually received differ greatly. In fact, it barely resembles what is advertised. It is an ABSOLUTE piece of JUNK. I've reached out 3 times to Sheown because their website offers a 100% refund, and they claimed they responded. I think it's interesting that I received their emails acknowledging the order with a confirmation, as well as info as to when I'd receive it, but NOT their information regarding a refund. This is a SHAM company, and I would NOT suggest ever ordering from them -- it's just another cheap, ripoff company.

Your website was very intuitive easily navigable. Ordering was very easy and straight forward. The item was customised and delivered in good time. The item itself appears to be very good quality and very functional. There's nothing like the smell of real leather..Beautiful.
