So great! Just got my Rocky and Grace key chains, they're so damn cute. My niece is currently obsessed with this movie and these are going I to her Christmas stocking! Can't wait! 💖

Ordered a Star Ship Enterprise solar garden light as a birthday gift surprise,

When it came, the star ship was broken into two pieces at the point where the habitation area joins the bridge. They are completely separated and don’t look like they have ever been joined as they don’t fit together when held manually.

One of the brackets holding the solar panel to the pole is missing.

The blue and red lights that are supposed to illuminate do not light but are just painted on

The labelling of the name of the ship and the 60th anniversary are very poorly laid out. The 6 on 60th doesn’t resemble a 6 at all.

Your website clearly gives a width measurement of 30cm approx. It measures 17cm. With no will in the world can 17cm be considered approx. 30cm. Highly misleading website

The thing that arrived in the box is a very shoddily- made item. Yes, it resembles the USS Enterprise in shape but that's as far as it goes. The advert is extremely misleading,

I tried to attach photos but the server would not accept them.

I sent feedback to customer services on the day it arrived but have heard nothing at all in almost a month.

If I could leave a no-star review, I would. It wasn't overly expensive but what I paid ha, it would see, been lost to me. A broken, crappy item and out of pocket as well.

I ordered the Pocket Hug Plush keepsake. What was pictured was nothing like what I received!!!
The cat was anything but plush. It was hard to the touch. The eyes were white, spooky!!!
The tin it came in wasn’t hinged like in the advertisement. I was very disappointed.

I initially received a faulty order and Sheown were very prompt with communication although they could not accept that my order was faulty. After some time I was offered a replacement free of charge that arrived just now.
I am so delighted with my order as it is perfect and I am very impressed with the service, quality and delivery. I won’t hesitate to purchase again

Order shipped to wrong address apparently. Contacted them with correct address several times. Still have not received items and they are asking for more money to ship items again. Scam Artist alert and reported to the BBB. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE THIEVES!

Ordered something that was cheaply made. Looks like from a dollar store and nothing like it looked like.

Product was cheap and not close to what was described. Then would not provide 100% refund. Stay clear! These guys are a scam and will take your money and not give it back!

THe purse is Beautiful and the quality is really nice Can’t wait to give to my grandaughters

Low quality products, got rocky and grace for $40. All I got was low quality 3d printed characters that did not look like the pictures nor like actual rocky. I don't mind a different eridian than rocky but it only had four copy paste legs. They also were not the best with responding back and were hesitant to explain. Would not buy from them again.

Product was as described, arrived on time and was nicely presented.
