I have not heard from the company after multiple emails and waiting on a bathing suit that is long past its due date. They have not responded in any way.

I don’t recommend this website to anyone.The lie about shipping time. They took over 3 weeks to send me a tracking number. I sent numerous emails trying to get an update about my order they never responded. I received my order very late (missed my birthday) I placed my order in May and didn’t receive it until the end of June. They still haven’t reached out/responded to any of my emails.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Sherbert Lemons. I returned my parcel, and Royal Mail confirmed that it was delivered to their office on 26th June 2026.

Since then, I have been trying to get an update on my return and the £104 refund I am due, but I have received no response. I have emailed them several times and also contacted them via Instagram messages, yet my attempts to get a resolution have been ignored.

I appreciate that returns can take time to process, but when a parcel has been confirmed as delivered, customers should be kept informed and not left chasing repeatedly for updates. The lack of communication has been extremely frustrating.

I originally placed my order and my original confirmation email stated my parcel would be delivered in 1-2 days. It was not. After a week I was chasing this, the customer service team advised me they would send it on next day delivery. It showed up 3 days later. I then requested a return via their email as advised, days later still no response. I then found the return address online, posted my item back, including all the details they require (order number, email address etc) the item was also unworn. I have just tracked my return this morning to see they have DECLINED my return. They still have not replied to my original email regarding my return. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Up there with the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

I rarely leave negative reviews, especially as a small business owner myself, but unfortunately this has been one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I’ve had.

I placed an order on 23rd May and paid £99 for a bikini advertised with 2–4 day delivery. After weeks of hearing nothing, I emailed twice requesting an update and then asked to cancel my order. Both emails were completely ignored.

After almost a month with no communication, I had no choice but to raise a dispute with my bank to recover my money. Coincidentally, the day after the refund was issued, my order was suddenly dispatched.

When the bikini arrived, I was also disappointed by the presentation. For a £99 item, it was sent in a basic mailing bag with minimal packaging. While packaging isn’t everything, it felt very underwhelming for a product at this price point and only added to the overall disappointment.

The bikini itself is pretty, but the customer service has been non-existent. Being ignored for weeks, having cancellation requests disregarded, and only seeing movement on my order after involving my bank has left me feeling that my custom simply wasn’t valued.

Had someone taken the time to respond to my emails, provide an update, or honour my cancellation request before dispatch, this situation could have been avoided entirely.

Sadly, based on my experience, I wouldn’t feel confident ordering again.

The quality of the bikini is impeccable and well packaged. It took 3 weeks to reach South Africa 🇿🇦. Collected it at my nearest post office where I paid R45 for customs.

I have contacted this company multiple times before I got my bank involved. I ordered 2 bikinis for a trip in early June on May 6th and according to the shop app the status is: order placed. No update, no apology. I have not gotten a response and i have contacted them directly multiple times. I need my $200.00 back because this is ridiculous. I get theyre a small company but dont put on your website that your order will be shipped in 5-8 business days if you cannot guarantee that. It is deceptive and misleading. They are playing with peoples money. I had to get a brand new bikini from Kulani Kinis and that bikini came in less than 4 days. I should’ve went with them from the beginning smh

Have tried to contact about my order and have had no communication very disappointing £80 spent and no reply what so ever I just want to know if I will be receiving or I want to cancel!!!

I love everything about Sherbert Lemons whether it’s the quality of the swimsuits or the customer service! Every bikini is made with the highest level of detail and makes me feel so confident. The colors are so vibrant and perfect for summer or any vacay! Highly recommend :)))

I ordered a swimsuit from here last year. I keep reaching out to customer service and nobody is responding. I never received the swim suit.

Placed an order in early April and haven’t heard a single thing about shipping since. I tried reaching out via email as well as on social media (via IG DM and through their comments) and then later noticed my comment (along with other’s replies experiencing the same lack of communication) was deleted. I re-commented but haven’t heard anything back.

I see there’s quite a few 1 star reviews of others having the same issue here and it looks like they’ve replied to some about a manufacture issue they’re working through. While I completely understand things like this can happen, and have a lot of empathy for that, the lack of communication to customers (and deleting comments on social of others raising valid concerns) is disheartening.

I also noticed ads for the swimsuit are still running and reaching me on social media (even though it looks like tons of orders have not gone out).

This wasn’t an easy spend given how expensive the suits are, but I love investing in high quality pieces and supporting small businesses. But sadly, I don’t think I can support this one given how this situation has been handled thus far. I already requested a refund due to what I mentioned above and since I no longer think the suit will come in time for what I originally ordered it for. But of course…haven’t heard back. If I don’t hear back within the week, I’ll move forward with opening a case with my bank to dispute the charge.

STILL NO COMMUNICATION OR ORDER UPDATES

I am writing another review due to the fact I had a reply with no substance on my last.

YOU HAVE MULTIPLE GIRLS ON YOUR INSTAGRAM POST ASKING WHERE THEIR ORDERS ARE - IS THIS NOT ENOUGH!!!

As a company they replied to my last review saying they would prioritise sorting my issues. NO ASK FOR MY ORDER NUMBER, NO REPLY TO EMAILS - NOTHING.

This is disgraceful from a company, not communicating anything to your customers. This is clearly a larger issues with lots of people in the same boat and you should be trying to sort this out!!!!

Whether you have shipping issues or production you need to let people know. One of my items states on your website instant dispatch so I’m not sure what nonsense is being communicated via these reviews and it’s NOT good enough.

I WOULD LIKE A PROPER REPLY AND RESPONSE TO THIS ON GOING ISSUE - it’s been 14 days

I placed an order on the 15th of April with a pre-order ship date that was before my order date - meaning it should've shipped immediately. It has been 21 days since I placed my order and I have not received any shipping/tracking information. I have sent the company 2 emails and left comments on their IG and have not heard anything back from them. They even posted a story on Instagram one day saying they would get back to everyone's emails that day and never did. This is my first time ordering from this business and I am wondering if I am being scammed at this point and if I should just request a refund.

The pieces they sell are beautiful, handmade, flattering and high quality. Had a slight issue with the wait times for shipping to the US, but i made my order right as the brand was preparing to release a new collection. The seller remained communicative and provided a positive experience when contacted. I will be ordering again. Once i tried on what i ordered it absolutely was worth the wait!

My favourite brand to buy from!! All bits are amazing quality , and I have received quickly in time for my trips , will be ordering again for sure !!
