I would strongly advise others to approach this company with caution!
In my experience, their sales tactics are very persuasive, particularly towards police officers who may already be under significant stress or feeling undervalued in their roles. This makes it easier to be drawn into signing a contract without fully appreciating the long-term commitments and conditions involved.
I personally used the course for around 3–4 months before having to stop due to personal circumstances. I found the ongoing financial pressure increasingly stressful, especially as there were additional costs not clearly pointed out upfront. At one point, it was suggested that I come out of my pension to help cover expenses, which I found concerning.
When I reached out for support, I felt the response was dismissive, with the blame placed on me for not putting in enough time or effort, rather than offering constructive help. I was even criticised for have a bit of a social life as they had seen photos on my social media…After sharing my experience for support on the members group, I received multiple private messages from others who had similar concerns but unfortunately wouldn’t speak out.
From what I observed, many members in the group are no longer active, and the overall success rate appears low. While there are a few individuals who seem to do well, they tend to be the same voices consistently engaging, which doesn’t reflect the experience of the wider group. When I raised concerns about what I felt were unfair contract terms and said I intended to share my experience with others, I was blocked from the members’ group. Although I was later able to comment again, my posts had to be approved before they were published…
Balancing a full-time job alongside the course is extremely challenging, particularly when factoring in the additional financial commitments. I also attempted several times to resolve my situation by offering a lump sum to end the contract, but this was not accommodated. Payments continued to be taken without any communication, which gave the impression that the focus was primarily on revenue rather than customer support.
More recently, it also seems like the company’s focus may be shifting away from this course, with greater emphasis placed on the trade to success course which raises further concerns about long-term support and investment in the programme.
Overall, I would encourage anyone considering this to thoroughly research, fully understand all costs and commitments, and avoid making decisions during periods of stress or vulnerability.
