Quality sofas, very impressed with service from start to finish, would highly recommend

Great service. Staff very helpful. Goods arrived when I was told they would. Delivery men very polite and helpful. Would use this company again and definitely recommend them to family and friends. Price was much better than in local shops and other websites. Good value for money.

Delivery took sometime because of Xmas. The Shop4Furniture staff were very helpful, the price was good and above all the sofa and chairs we bought are superb. Very pleased.

I searched the internet for a piece of furniture to match existing furniture, found it quickly at the right price from Shop4furniture. Although it took 4 weeks to arrive I was contacted prior to delivery with a time slot and as promised the furniture came. It was well packed and protected and was immaculate. I was very pleased and will be ordering again soon.

Dressing Table, Mirror & Stool arrived within 2 wks of ordering. The two delivery men were great - the mirror and stool were flat packed but they put them together for me.

To clarify some queries initially I rang and spoke to JAMES who was most helpful and courteous to answer my queries clearly and likewise most kind in dealing with the placement of my order. I would be happy to recommend the firm to anyone based on my experience. The delivery was also on date and time, and the delivery men most friendly and efficient. Nothing was to much trouble, the furniture placed exactly where we needed, most helpful to us as senior citizens.

I have used Shop4furniture on two occasions, and both times have been hassle and worry free, furniture arrived on time in excellent condition and cheaper than anywhere else. Thank you James and staff you have been brilliant and will certainly use you again.

Looked around for a recliner chair and found the Sherbourne in a shop. Then went on line to find the cheapest and free delivery. Placed order and was told 8 weeks for delivery. 8 weeks later chair was delivered by 2 helpful men who placed it in the lounge.
Chair is first class and we are so happy.

On the whole an excellent service with accurate information and good communication, apart from the fact that after I made the order I got in touch to add arm covers. I thought this had been confirmed, but they never happened. My email did mention I thought they were over priced so perhaps that's why they weren't ordered.
I also felt that the size of the material samples pictured on line is not big enough to get a good impression of the fabric. This may be something the supplier has no control over.

Ordering easy on-line but had to wait several weeks for a dining room table delivery. Arrived on day stated but table damaged in 5 places. Call made reporting faults same day backed up with e-mail, heard nothing for 3 weeks and had to chase up again. Have no delivery date for a replacement one at time of writing review. However, company happy for us to use table until it is replaced.

All I can say is thank you Shop4Furniture, You saved me nearly £300 buying on line to the same items in well known Stores. The men who delivered my items placed them in my lounge where i wanted them put, took all the rubbish with them, and was delivered on time. THANK YOU

A very nice table and chairs. The sales service was excellent.

My only criticism is that the couriers did not attempt to unpack it all for me which caused me some difficulty.

I wanted to buy two new sofas to match a reclining chair I had purchased a few months earlier, so the style, colour and manufacturer were already decided. I therefore shopped around online and this supplier was the cheapest. Paid by card, received receipt in the post a few days later, and furniture arrived 6 weeks later. No problems!

I would recommend Shop4Furniture to anyone - my sofa arrived sooner than expected and I received quick and helpful responses to every customer service email I sent.
