I recently bought the 6' heavy duty clothes rail with cover. Excellent product, delivered quickly, easy to assemble, exactly as described. Really great company.
Great item, quick despatch and delivery. Very happy with the strength and quality of the clothes rail after going through a number of cheap inferior ones. Hoping it will stand the test of time
Perfect clothes racks, took me a while to get them made but they are brilliantly sturdy and look great. Not impressed with the courier though, packaging was ripped and smashed, luckily only one pole h... Toon meer

So- delivery was good but the rest not so
So- delivery was good. But the 2m wall mounted pole arrived and one of the brackets cylinders had been fixed not at a 90 degree angle but more like 80 degree. What this meant was I had to fix the bracket to the wall so the main rectangle was at an angle to compensate for the manufactured error.
At that price I would’ve not expected such poor craftsmanship. The other two were fine. The third, because of its construction, cannot be manipulated so the only way forward is as I described.
I simply could not be bothered with the drama of sending it back due to tight timescales. The price does not reflect the quality.

Great company great industrial rails
Great company great industrial rails. My only issue was it took Dx express 3 attempts to deliver even when I’d left clear instructions on what to do if I wasn’t home.

Gary : You are a Star!!
Gary was incredibly helpful with my recent request to process returns and set up new invoices for my new items. He handled everything quickly and kept me updated by email every step of the way, so I never had to chase him for updates.
Dealing with returns and exchanges can often be stressful, but he made the entire experience completely effortless and worry-free. He was polite, attentive, and genuinely cared about solving my problem as fast as possible.
He did a fantastic job !!
