Shopfitting Warehouse Reviews

As an infrequent casual private customer the whole experience was super easy and positive

Half shelf came missing,
Intructions were sent by email for wrong shelf altogether.

£300 or so pounds down the drain

Bought one before😃 Really fast delivery will need someone strong to put it together! Not quite as easy as it looks on instructional video😆

They are looking great in my greenhouse for my staging

Excellent service

Placed order , item came on time and the product was really well made and a good price

Mobile clothes rails are excellent - strong when assembled, but not too heavy or bulky to transport. Very easy to put together. After finding it tricky on first order, I asked a question on how to fit grommets for casters and was sent a personalised video, and then - when second order arrived - discovered the grommets had been fitted for me. Thank you!

I bought 2 x 3ft. rails with covers to replace 2 worn out pop up wardrobes I used for spare clothes in the attic. The rails arrived quickly. They're very sturdy and hold a lot of clothes on hangers. They were pretty easy to assemble although the castors took some pushing in, which is good thing. Instructions suggest using a rubber mallet which we did. Once put together the rails move smoothly and easily. Overall, I'm very happy with the purchase. Thank you.

Excellent quality products. Fast delivery. Saved me hundreds of pounds by not buying a new wardrobe to replace a badly configured built-in one. I now have so much more space due to the excellent and strong supporting 3 way clamps for 25mm stainless steel poles. Nothing as useful as this anywhere!

Exceptionally fast delivery, and over packaged even!

Well-made and sturdy. Very efficient ordering and delivery. Good value for money. Recommended.

The hanging rail is very well made and extremely sturdy. Ordering was easy and delivery was fairly quick. The only slight negative were the assembly instructions. Neither the video nor the piece of paper in the box were quite right for what I’d purchased but after a little head scratching, I got there.

The store has a great range of products, and items are promptly despatched. The customer service team promptly respond if I have any queries, either by the online chat or email.

Great product, delivered quickly and very easy to assemble

These guys sell stuff that is really useful, at reasonable prices, for the small business who doesn't want to buy bulk.

Great item, just what I wanted! Super fast delivery too. Perfect all round!

Delivery was ment to happen, waited in during time slot, kept an eye on tracking and it didn’t move for ages and time slot went by. Contacted the delivery company the next day to be told the driver ran out of driving time. Contacted the store company to be told it was a warehouse issue. Rearranged delivery even though had no updates of what was happening that was the only thing I could see to do on the delivery page for another day. Advised a safe place incase no one was home but my husband was home all afternoon and it was marked as delivered and left in the backdoor step. It wasn’t. Turns out it was delivered to a different address that I had to go and collect the item from once speaking to the store. This was the delivery companies fault not the stores but they will be looking into this as the delivery company for letting their business down. So the 3 star review is the delivery company and have since had a refund for that delivery. Item itself is great!

Arrived promptly and the product was as described and good quality.
