Never received item but my crdit card was charged. They will not answer emails and the listed phone numbers don't work.

Never received the order, no tracking info, no one answers emails or phone. This is a scam. Wish I'd read the reviews. Was a Christmas gift for my son

I ordered their small pieces of square marble that comes in a box with authenticity. It took almost 2 months to get the item. They did the respond to my email quickly and stated that the item was on back order. Was pleased with the item.

This company has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. I purchased six bracelets as gifts for my family, with four of them being for relatives in Galway, Ireland, as we’re of Irish descent. Within a short period, four bracelets broke in under 60 days, and the other two broke in under 90 days. Despite providing clear photos showing the damage, their response was that their "policy" prevents them from offering a refund after 60 days. While I understand a return policy, I had hoped they'd address the issue given the defective nature of the products.

The customer service was appalling. When I spoke to the representative, she was rude and dismissive, claiming they don't sell their products in Ireland (even though that's where I bought the first four bracelets). To make matters worse, when I politely asked to speak to a manager, Alicia from Creative Irish Gifts not only refused to investigate the issue but outright stated that the two additional bracelets I purchased directly from them—totaling only $45—weren’t worth her time to even complain about. It’s clear that Alicia has no concern for customer satisfaction, especially when the order total is low. She completely disregarded the fact that the items were defective, which speaks volumes about their lack of commitment to quality or customer care.

They are a bunch of scammers, overpriced stuff, no selection and most sizes are out of stock or backordered.
I'm sure most of their stuff is cheaper on Amazon

Horrible company. They take your money immediately and they don’t ship the products absolutely no communication and if you call customer service, you can’t get a human being. It just keeps ringing and ringing to speak with somebody if you want to cancel, which would be great, but I can’t even get a person.

We were informed after our order was placed that the product was out if stock. We elected to wait for new stock. We were informed about 2 months later that the order would be filled. However, they mailed our order to another customer and that customer's order to us! We pointed this out, but were told the product was, again, out of stock and we would be refunded. We never got refunded. The products, if you get them, are great, but the company is really confused and incompetent. I would not recommend doing business with them. We have filed a complaint with our bank to investigate and see if they can get the refund.

Never received my order but they took my money, no response from customer service, out about 80.00, when will I learn ? Never again ! All XMas gifts that had to be replaced. Disgusted.

Screwed up my order 2 times and aren't getting back to me. NO quality inspection being done! Buyer beware with this outfit. They screwed up my 1 order 2 times now one is getting back to me

Order placed 11/11/2023. They said shipment 7-10 days. No notice or communication order put on back order. Probably wouldn’t get them for Christmas. Had to cancel and now rethink order. They never sent a notice but admitted they could be late. Zero accommodations they would ship so I’d get on time. Don’t use this company.

Ordered an item with personalization and paid extra money to have the item in hand within 1 week so I could use it as a gift. After 10 days and no communication from the company, I reached out and was told the item I ordered isn't eligible for priority/rush ordering. I would have never ordered the item if I was told that (should have never been allowed to purchase it with that shipping option).
Customer service told me there was nothing they could do for me and stopped responding to my requests. Now I am stuck with a very expensive gift that is too late to use and I can't return. Would never recommend this company to anyone!

I dislike that these Irish goods are made in China. When I buy Irish goods I want Irish goods made in Ireland.

Ordered a fruit cake which never arrived. They refunded me for the cost of the cake, but I'm out about $5 for shipping and taxes, etc.
On top of that, when I ordered, the woman who took my order was pretty rude. I order a lot from different places, so I'm aware of how customers are treated.

I ordered two bars of soap that were right at $11.00 a piece, the description said they were the larger bars of soap, well when they came in they were a much smaller bar. I sent them pictures of the what I received and my invoice that states what size and the price the soaps were. Then they try to say that the supplier had it wrong on their end. Should not make a hill of beans when there website has the price and size that I thought I was ordering. I have been getting a run around for over a month. I will not give up until they make it right, they need to honor what their website says. Still show the size and price that I thought that I was ordering on their site.

I bought a personalized jewelry box with Connemara Marble inlay for my daughter last Christmas. The marble has become detached from the box and the hinge has broken already as well. This should not happen in a quality piece. I wanted to contact Customer Service about this but based on the experiences of many other Creative Irish Gifts customers here, it would apparently be a waste of time to do so.

Bought irish hanging solar lantern for my wife for mother's day, along with another wind chime. In july stopped working, thought it was the battery opened it up and all the wires were corroded. It was not even out in the elements under a deck protected. Called rep said numoours complaints on these but still in the catalog. She took my name down see what she could do never heard back. Stuff in catalog from China is crap. Sweaters made in Ireland pretty good, just watch sizes. Anyway never called me back no credit, didn't offer anything. Check in the catalog see where it's made form.

Has to be the worst Company on the Planet. How can they survive when 94% of their reviews are 1*? Customer: "Shamrock Hanging Solar Lantern, OX336, $29.99 I am having a serious problem with my solar lantern. It has filled with rain water and the interior of the solar collection unit / battery compartment is filled with water and rust. The white light has gone from a white light to a rust colored orange tint. It is only a matter of time before the solar charging / light assembly quits permanently. I have opened it up to dry it out. What's the remedy for my problem? I have taken photos and will transmit if required. Ref: complaint of "Water" by Irish Moe on 6 June 2021. Same problem with rain water!!

Customer: That makes a lot of sense to me. I received the lantern as a Christmas Gift. There was five (5) feet of snow in Massachusetts from December though April. Hung the lantern outside for the first time at the beginning of June when it began to fill with rain water after each rainstorm. Great idea with the 30 day return policy. Have spent a ton of money at Creative Irish Gifts. That will never happen again. BYE.

My husband has bought numerous things from this catalog, jewelry and a few other things, but this jewelry piece is silver and rose gold Trinity necklace, very pretty, very small the rose gold washed off in no time,
As you can see in the return items section you have 10 days to return an item, that amount of time would not have told me that this was true rose gold. trying to get the issue rectified.
I don't know if I'm going to get anywhere, but it seems to be that the stuff is made in China, and is not even real, it's probably not even real Sterling. $80 for a necklace that the color washed off within a few months, it should have lasted forever if it was real.
sad that they have to be this way they apparently do not care about the Integrity of their company and they probably won't even care or see these reviews. if they do they would do something about it.
If I get my situation rectified I will change the review the customer service agent was very nice and sympathetic to the issue.

Is there a zero star rating? The customer service representatives are the rudest people and didn't help with our problem at all. My husband spoke to a couple of managers, who had no interest in helping to solve our delivery problem and our order was almost $1000. We will never shop with them again. Diane O'Connor, the President of this company better do some soul searching if she really wants to be in this business.
