The ring is beautiful. It’s the exact color that it look like on TV and that normally doesn’t happen. I thought I would probably have to send it back, but this one is a real keeper.
Do you have an extended service or guarantee that if a stone should come out, it would be replaced?

The patchwork Sheep leather overnight bag, came very quickly and is great. Love the color, Navy and the size. The price was very reasonable, considering it's actual sheep leather.

I have sent an e-mail to customer service about the rig I received. Apparently you were SHOWING the wrong ring on Hunter's show of April 8. I ordered based on the ring being shown and the number was for a much cheaper item. Very disappointed. If this is not resolved to my satisfaction, I will no longer be a customer of Shop LC and I will tell others what happened. Hunter was aware of this during his presentation. Why would you continue to show the wrong item through the entire presentation?

The ring I ordered does not work for me. I am returning it. the shank of the ring is uncomfortable in between the fingers. it is too roundedi need a flat shank. i would like a price on a 1 ct oval lab grown loose diamond please. I cannot find one on web site. thankd

I made my first purchases on ShopLC on Sat, April 11th. I bought two items from the web site, and then 4 items from the auction. I immediately found out that not only could my purchases not be shipped together, but that I had to pay $3.99 shipping on each auction item. It took several days to find out where my orders were. I finally received my auction orders on Sat, April 18th. I also received two emails saying my refund for the two rings I ordered was being processed. No reason given. I did not cancel the order, ShopLC did. It wasn’t until I contacted customer svc via the website chatbot that totally pissed me off with no answer, that I got another email with some issue with a ShopLC vendor being the reason why the refund was issued. I went back to the website and BOTH RINGS I HAD ORDERED WERE STILL ON THE WEBSITE. I reordered the one ring I really wanted. Meanwhile, the auction items I received were a complete disappointment. The ring was not the ring I had won. The stone has a crack visible from the top and bottom. The crack goes all the way through the stone. I can also FEEL IT, and it looks like some kind of glue was applied. The amethyst bead necklace is an even bigger disappointment as the beads are TINY 2-3mm size, and it’s on very small gauge wire. I paid $24 for it. The unakite bead necklace was as depicted. The ring was not. The amethyst bead necklace was not. The nicest thing about the auction order were the ridiculously gigantic gift boxes the necklaces arrived in.
The quality of the jewelry is crap. It looks like jewelry from Wish or Temu. I paid for three of the auction items instead of the four because after i found out my auction items couldn’t be shipped with my other items, and I had to pay $3.99 shipping for each piece, I was LIVID. I paid $11.97 SHIPPING on cheap ass jewelry that I can’t return!! I should have known better than to trust ShopLC.

The whole presentation was wrong. Was showing one ring with an incorrect picture. Presenter stated we would be getting the ring that was shown on tv during the presentation. When I received the ring, it was the wrong one. It was the one in the picture and not the one being presented on tv. It is being returned.
