As a Kiwi player my experience of Shotz has been positive. A slight hiccup with withdrawal to card, which coincided with the same challenge on another site, but ultimately resulted in a bank transfer method being successful. The customer service team are lovely to interact with. Slight delay on weekends for the payouts (fairly normal) but very speedy on the weekdays. Example being my weekend cashout and Monday cashout arrived on the same day. Can't speak to the crypto side as I haven't used it. Overall, really happy with the experience and the team and have no hesitation returning as a customer.

Afther a long brake i try to deposit via crypto all confirmed on my side but ofcourse not on the casino now i need to wait afther providing every details about the deposit and they blame payment provider so think twice before depositing here with crypto real amateurs !!! Nice casino if you want to lose all your money, compared to every casino i tried this is for sure the greediest one. I don’t know how they rig their games, but something is not right. Even if you win, it’s just 10% of what you have used total, no exceptions.

First I added 40 eur balance and it wasnt added to the account. Took over a week to get it sorted, after that the site didnt let me take out any balance and the support was unhelpful. First bad online casino experience, sad.

WONT LET YOU WITHDRAW AND WILL SCAM WINNERS! Use any other site but this one

This has been the worst experience on any gaming site I've had. For context I deposited 20 dollars with my card, played through the rollover requirements and tried to withdraw 30.
First they say I can't withdraw to crypto - fine understandable, I'll withdraw back to my card. Oh wait, there is no option for such, fine I'll withdraw to my bank - nope, no option to do it on the site and the support is bloody useless. I've had 25+ emails with them back and forth with no solution. They say to try interac - nope not working! then eCashout - not working. When they feel that they're stuck, they then ask for KYC docs (fine but they should ask that before depositing/creating the account - another sign they're sketchy). I supply everything and "complete the verification process", they say they will get back to me with a solution to withdraw to my bank account and the next day I get more madness.

Again after passing their KYC checks, they suggest methods that dont exist on their site to withdraw and after more stalling, the next day, their support team then asks me for proof of a card number ending in 2417 which I don't own or know wtf they're talking about, my card ended in a different number and was already verified by them the day before. They're adamant that i have to use that card so I show them proof that I don't own such a card and deposited with a different one. All this was another 2 hours of time wasted, out of much more total.

They're utterly incompetent and a slimy scamming organization, from the top to the bottom. The customer support is full of stupid and useless individuals who WON'T help in any way. DO NOT GAMBLE HERE, YOU WILL 100% HAVE ISSUES WITH THESE SCAMMERS!!!! DON'T TRUST THE PAID REVIEW SITES!!!
They'll do anything to stop you from withdrawing any winnings and are scammers.
They After literally dozens of emails to support regarding this, they keep requesting more and more information. I'm still battling with them to get my money out of the site. If not I'll have to start a chargeback because these scammers are relentless and will do anything to not let me withdraw.
