Very efficient service, excellent helpful staff and ver good value for money

My company was falsely induced into signing a contract an employee not a director signed this contract on the proviso the contract was not contractual turns out it was for 5 years and shred it now are looking to be charge my company for services that shred it are not providing.
The clause if you don’t terminate within 90 days of the end of the agreement it then renews for 5 years is just fraud plus then try to charge for a service that its not providing.
Shred it are looking to soo my company for £16,000 for a service it’s not providing for 2 x wooden boxes and bags !!!! Looking forward to going to court with shred it to expose there fraudulent activities.
